“The product I bought was installed in my absence by a third party , nevertheless when I experienced teething problems and phoned the help line number I was pleasantly surprised by the personal attention and patient help I received . Thanks again”

“Excellent initial advice from BuyCleverStuff without one eye on the price really helped me decide what I needed. Then further help withour rush meant in the end I have a great sound system in my new kitchen which everyone who sees it wants to know where its from and can't believe the price. The best.”

“I fitted my radio speakers into a false wall in the kitchen. Not only does it give great sound but I don't have a radio cluttering up the workshop. I can't fault the product or the delivery time.”

“I bought a sound system from Buy Clever Stuff as well as a shower TV which I installed in my kitchen and linked into the sound system. The configuration was quite complicated and in this I had significant assistance from Jon Hoyle who not only advised as to the appropriate equipment (there is a large and confusing choice of equipment on the market) but also drew up diagrammatic plans for my system. Before approaching Buy Clever Stuff, I tried various retail shops which were distinctly unhelpful. Jon Hoyle knows his stuff. I am delighted with my system from which I derive much pleasure. Equally, I am most grateful to Jon for his guidance.”

“Review for KB iSelect BT 5" DAB Radio and Bluetooth Ceiling Speaker System: this is an amazing price of kit. Very easy to install, fantastic sound quality and very easy to use. I highly recommend this. The first one worked for a couple of days and then wouldn't switch on, I returned it and was sent another one that 6 months later is still working brilliantly so that 1st one must have been a bad unit. I was a bit disappointed that I had to spend £22 returning it as I don't think you should have to pay for the return of faulty goods still under guarantee. I got over that though and would use this company again as they were very good on the phone and very helpful. It's in our bathroom and it's amazing being able to leave the iPad outside the bathroom but listen to your music in the shower! This unit could be placed anywhere in the house though and would be great. A bedroom or the kitchen would be good too. I needed the second speaker to be further away than the length of wire allowed so we cut it and extended it with speaker wire from Maplin and it's great. I will be buying another one when I do the next bathroom!”

Thank you for your review relating your KB Sound iSelect purchase, glad to heard that your are happy with the unit. I'm sorry to read that you were disappointed that you had to pay the return costs, I'm also very surprised that it cost you so much. Our returns policy is clearly stated on our site and during the first 14 days if a product is faulty we do cover the delivery costs both ways, however in cases over 14 days the customer covers the return to ourselves and we cover the return cost back to yourself.
