“Fantastic product is exactly what I wanted. When I had a issue regarding the speakers the company was excellent in that they immediately returned my e.mail with a solution. It was my fitters fault not the item. I was instructed in how to remedy the problem without fuss and it was straight away sorted.”

“I ordered this flip down TV very late on Thursday and it was delivered early on Monday morning in plenty of packaging. It was fairly easy to fit, even in a very tight spot or so my husband tells me. The picture quality is very good in an area that normally has fairly mediocre reception so all in all I'm delighted and the Grandchildren love watching their television programmes as they eat breakfast over the work top.”

“I purchased a KB Plus 2" bathroom ceiling radio from BCS which arrived very promptly the following day! Having now been installed, which was very simple to do following instructions supplied, we are very impressed with the performance of the radio. Both the plumbers working on refitting our bathroom are also intending to purchase ceiling radios from BCS.”
