Some of the item description is a bit simple, but everything's from Japan. So you can expect Japanese quality service which is off course, the BEST.
Refund: So far, I bought about 20 items but only have one package with wrong item inside. They refunded it 100% but the refund process is a bit slow. However, still a lot faster than ebay or Paypal. At least, I got the feeling they are working hard behind the scene to make it right.
Shipping: Because of covid, they don't ship with Japanese shipping company anymore so you have to use DHL right now which cost a lot more, but other then that, I have no problem so far.
Payment: Credit card is probably the best way to do it. If you have any problem, credit card company work faster than Paypal. Well, Paypal doesn't really do anything to protect the customers anyway.
Only thing you have to pay attention is that make sure to read item description carefully and look through all the pictures cause you get exactly what you see and read about.
Other than that, If you want to buy Japanese stuffs, like toys, games, clothes etc, this is by far the best place to be.
