“Bed I bought is lovely although I never received notification of delivery date.
Received a phone call while at work that they are outside my house.
Had to redirect delivery to friends house and then organise a van to drop it back to my place.
Very disappointing”
“Bought a BBQ at start December promising pre Christmas delivery. Got an email mid December saying dispatched and would be delivered on 20th December. Waited in all day and nothing arrived. New email 19th December saying delivery "within 6 days" but sadly did not arrive. Got a call 3rd January 10 minutes before they were to deliver but I was not home and could not get home in 10 mins. Had to call someone to get to my house to take the delivery. I would not have been upset if they said they would deliver later and kept their word but it was all the misleading messages drove me cookoo and then 10 minutes notice. I hope what's in the boxes is better than the experience with delivery.”
“Bought a expensive dehumidifier that stopped working in a week. Buy it direct have nothing to do with it and just refer you to the manufacturer. Basically they are only middle men taking a cut so if you no what you want you don't need these.”
“Item arrived very late after paying for express post. Got bounced around from customer service agent to customer service agent telling me the same thing that it is on its way but never actually had the issue resolved. They just kept telling me to wait. Contact attempts then became essentially ignored. Very bad customer service and they use an even worse courier service. Great item though! Very happy once it FINALLY arrived.”
