“We bought a 2- way induction hob and a microwave-oven combi which were delivered in 1 lot. On arrival the boxes were intact but we only opened the boxes after almost 2 months since the AirBnB location it was meant for wasn't ready yet. When opening the 2 way induction hob was completely shattered. From the.inside of the package there was some evidence that it had been a ( factory) packing error causing the damage. Even though we were way beyond reasonable claiming time Buy it direct - after some correspondence- send us a replacement at no costs which was well appreciated!”

“Bed colour is much lighter than the pictures in reality however I like it. Bed is excellent quality, and delivery service was good. I bought a second one since and I would happily buy from buy in direct again.”
