“Firstly our order came by truck delivery and when the guy opened the truck it wasn’t there so that delayed us another week. Then when they did deliver the bed they were supposed to bring two mattresses as it’s a trundle bed. Only one mattress arrived. Not good enough”

The price was the best I could find on the internet and this is a 5 star for me. I have to admit that the price fluctuated for a couple of days but it was the right price when I made the purchase.
You displayed the shipping date wrong, you sent me the details of a delivery company that doesn't exist in Ireland and no tracking code. After 2 weeks a guy just called that is at my apartment, o call or email send the day before, I asked to deliver it the next day but a week after still no delivery, I gad to contact your customer support 3 times to ask for an update. I got the product and the guys were super nice and brought it to the first floor and this is a other 5 stars.
I would buy again for the right price but a better customer experience is desired.

“The mirror was beautiful and exactly what I was looking for but the issue was transport. They broke the mirror on the first delivery so I was offered a refund or a replacement and I chose a replacement because I really wanted the mirror. However, the replacement was also damaged. At least the mirror wasn’t broken this time but the wooden panel behind the mirror was damaged and had a lot of marks. Luckily, it wasn’t visible as the size of the mirror fit perfect on the wall. If someone from buy it direct is reading this, you guys need to get a better packaging when transporting mirrors, especially protection on the sides. Otherwise you guys will have to constantly be replacing/ refunding damaged items. Delivery companies don’t care at all.”
“I ordered a mini fridge which was available for delivery before Christmas, and I paid an extra €15 for fast delivery. After sending continual messages to this company, (it is absolutely impossible to ever speak to anyone) a few days before Christmas I received an email saying the item would be arriving sometime after Christmas. After many heated emails later, I received a refund for the postage and I also receive the item in time for Christmas. The fridge was exactly what I wanted.”
