“I ordered two different items, a chair and a bed for my daughters bedroom. She is absolutely delighted with both. The quality is amazing and they were both so easy to put together. Will definitely be buying from them again.”

“I ordered an i7 pc from buy it direct. It arrived on time, it was set up and included Norton anti virus for at least E300 less than high street shops. A huge bonus was no bloatware. The computer is excellent and much better than my old i5. I would award 10 stars if I could!!!”

“Super fast delivery to Ireland and great prices. Unfortunately, a mirror we bought arrived broken. The matter was dealt with immediately and we got our refund within 3 day with no questions asked. Brilliant customer service. The other items we bought were perfect.”

“Product absolutely fine and more then happy with it. Delivery time bit long but I was aware of this and was acceptable due to situation. Only one thing wasn't good. I was informed by BuyItDirect by email that delivery driver will contact me day ahead to confirm delivery day and time. Unfortunately driver turned up without any notice while we was both at work. Luckily I was able to answer phone from driver when he standing outside my door and I was lucky to manage contact friend who was able to collect delivery. I was told by driver that he can wait 10min and not gonna come back.”

“I bought a panel heater from Buy It Direct last October, it developed an issue in April. The customer service team were excellent and resolved the problem in double quick time.
