I was informed by BuyItDirect by email that delivery driver will contact me day ahead to confirm delivery day and time. Unfortunately driver turned up without any notice while we was both at work. Luckily I was able to answer phone from driver when he standing outside my door and I was lucky to manage contact friend who was able to collect delivery. I was told by driver that he can wait 10min and not gonna come back.”
