“Order placed in may received it eventually in July order wasn’t complete as there was no rain cover in stock after it was paid for plus what I ordered was damaged so was discounted at 20% which just wasn’t good enough after that amount of wait time.”
“Extremaly poor online customer service. I purchesed €500 worth of products from them, stated 2-3 days delivery available. I got an email after purchase that its only a pre- order and wont be available until 3-4 weeks. After that time i heard nothing from them again. I had to email them and recieved very short answer that it was dispached with dpd. After another week and another email i recieved no reply , just a note from dpd that it was dispatched the next day. It looks like they forgot to send it and once i reminded them it only happened then. Didnt even bother to reply to me. My very first and last purchase from them!”

I bought a babyzen yoyo chair from yourselves mainly because your website stated that the item was in stock and would be delivered within 2-3 days, it turnes out that you didn’t have the chair in stock and consequently the delivery timelines were not met. Only because I contacted the shop myself I was informed of the delay. In addition, I ordered a cardigan and the wrong size was sent to me.”
“I ordered my product over 2.5 months ago, when I chased up with customer services I was told it would arrive within 2 days and then got a call the following week to say it would actually be another 6 weeks minimum.
Appreciate it is a supplier issue, but the lack of transparency about this when ordering is the issue.

“When I bought the rails - website said there were in stock - after the purchase i received an email that there was a delay of 4 week.
It ended taking 2 months for the delivery. Customer support never contacted me to let me know my order status, they were just replying my emails when I contacted them.
Took me 4-5 emails and 2 months of delay to receive my order.
Super disappointed , I can understand there can be external vendor delays, but 1. Why you said you had in stock if you didn’t have it 2. If you tell me that delay was going to be 4 weeks and there are extra delays, i was expecting you to contact me letting me know.”

Very poor customer service, I made contact before placing an order to check stock was readily available before I proceeded, staff confirmed the item was in stock and would be delivered within 2/3 days, I placed my order (9th February) and still have not received it. I was also provided with misleading information regarding my delivery on a number occasions which is just not good enough. I was again advised today the item had been dispatch and should arrive Monday but I was told this before. Will not be ordering again.”
