I would really recommend against buying from this store. I bought a table, which arrived in a very heavy wooden box. The box is designed so that you can't reseal it and it's very hard to open without damaging it. There are sharp staples all around the edge and the wood splinters as you pull them out. Conveniently, the return policy states that you can't return it unless it's in 'unused original packaging'. If the box shows signs of use, you are charged a 30% fee. On a £700 table, this is substantial. Because it's an online only store, you don't actually see the product unless you open the box.

Avoid this company at all costs, they tried to scam me out of nearly £1000 for chairs I never ordered. They seemed to employ a fake debt collection company to threaten me. I suspect that most of their reviews are false, and they have a habit of reporting bad reviews as false, knowing most people won't bother to upload evidence to prove them correct. No wonder they removed their review section on facebook.

Had a slightly unsettling feeling the moment I ordered my chair from this company. It took 2 weeks to arrive, despite stating "in stock" at the time of order. It arrived well flat-packed but was missing 1 of the 5 wheels required, rendering it unusable. Called them immediately asking for the missing wheel to be sent. Received a very vague response - was asked to send video evidence of item missing (?!) and a copy of my shipping label and was promised someone would respond asap. 24 hours have passed and no one has replied. Absolutely terrible quality of the chairs. It has been discoloured after just one week I I order 4 chairs in black) paid over £500. I was given a "professional" advice from "bykallevig" to fix the slight discolour on the seat with a black marker. Waste of money !

I bought the white leather high back chair. It looks great but unfortunately due to it being faux leather, it gets very warm and sweaty when using it. I decided to return it and reached out the same day of it being delivered to get return instructions. I also asked for further instructions to disassemble it as it turned out very challenging. I was not able to successfully disassemble it which was a requirement for returning it. Furthermore If I had been able to disassemble the chair (base is completely stuck) the company would charge me 30% off the refund as the chair now has a scratch on it due to the dissembling efforts. So in conclusion I am now stuck with the chair with no way to return it and hence would highly recommend against buying this chair.

I ordered 4 wishbone chairs and all arrived with defects. Poor quality from a china factory. Contacted the customer support couple of times created claims by their platform but nothing worked out. They never provide any refund or replacement. Do not waste your money and time!

My order placed on 13th January for dining chairs has not arrived. I was able to speak to someone who told me they aren't even me yet and no idea when I'll receive. LONG waits which was not properly communicated.....was happy to take my money though. Avoid buying from this company

Shame I can't mark 0 stars. Following all the other reviews, my lounge chair ordered on 19th Jan for delivery on 4th Feb never kept up to the changing delivery date. But by an amazing stroke of luck, after complaining, they switched to Tufnells and promised delivery would be next day from pickup - this of course never happened.... but after another chase, it DID eventually arrive by Tufnells only 5 days later. But the best part! Having opened it, they have sent the base and back of the chair - but NOTHING ELSE! On inspection, the chair is clearly second hand - there are scratches on the metal work where the arm holders are and the leather seating is clearly marked where it has been previously assembled. I've given them 24 hours to refund it, or will be issuing a chargeback through my credit card provider. AVOID every ordering anything from this company... Now need to get in touch with Trading Standards.

Still waiting for a delivery due on 4 Feb. They blame the courier or covid! Do not buy from them. Check out Trustpilot there are 26 bad reviews all about the same issues.

Terrible customer support I placed my order towards the end of October and asked in the live chat how long shipping would be - the response was 3-5 working days. Excellent. What they didn't say was this "3-5 working days" is in fact AFTER it's been picked up by their courier, something that was only apparent once I received my tracking. Fine. The projected pick up date was October 28th, and later it became Nov 2nd, then Nov 3rd. I contacted the support on live chat, pointing out my date had been moved back several times and I'm starting to feel like the item doesn't exist. They guaranteed my item would be collected on latest on the 5th and I requested them to send me an email with this information. The email I received said "by Friday this week" (being Nov 6th). Today I check the tracking and SURPRISE, it's now saying November 10th! Ridiculous. I do not trust this site and have contacted them again requesting my money back as this is clearly a scam. No idea what service the 5 star reviewers on trustpilot have received, maybe they're fake too?

SCAM WEBSITE. Untrustworthy company, and terrible customer service. I bought 4 chairs on sale on Oct 23. I asked whether the delivery could be delayed, and they confirmed it, twice. I got a text message last night only saying that the payment had been refunded. If I hadn't emailed, called, and chatted with customer service, I would have not known what happened. They argue two different reasons (covid restrictions and T&C of sale, depending on who you talk to), that in any case the sale representative should have informed me but was unaware of at the time of the purchase. I asked to buy the same product at the original price but they now tell me it I have to buy it at the new price (which is double), and will not take responsibility for the mistake. They could contacted me to change the delivery date, too, but did not.

I bought 6 chairs on this website. The chairs were in offer and I used a voucher for free delivery received from them. Once the order has been placed, I received a message saying that the order was cancelled because I used their voucher and the invited me to buy again those chairs at a higher price since the offer finished the day before. It is a scam website. Stay away.

I ordered a chair 8 weeks ago. Was Listed available Immediately. They took money immediately and heard nothing from them since. I keep chasing and they are processing order, they say. Terrible service

This company appears to be a scam company. They advertised one week delivery on the website. Once the order was placed and after a week no email, no sign of the product. I placed an order on 22nd of May. Since then I have been calling every other week and they say the product is coming from Vietnam, it is in transit and you cannot cancel and it would be with you in 4-8 weeks. So it was 4 weeks in May, 4-8 Weeks in the middle of July, 4-8 weeks today. They refuse to refund either. Most of the good reviews are fake! Beware.

Five weeks after placing my order, you're still "preparing" it. Delivery date keeps getting longer and longer. An office chair bought to use during lockdown work from home will now likely arrive after i've returned to the office. I'm worried it's never going to arrive. I'd like my money back now.

We have exactly the same response. The 72hrs turned into 4 weeks now turned into 8 weeks, no compensation offered and no chance to cancel the order. This is awful customer service and they are a disgrace.
