“Staff were knowledgable, helpful and friendly. I had a question regarding ND filters which I had not used. The staff asked a few questions and were able to give me a steer. I've since filmed using the filter purchased and it worked like a charm.”

“I purchased a Nikon 750 full frame camera and was very pleased with the service I received. The staff at Calumet in Belfast gave me a run down on the workings of the camera and helpfully programed it after first explaining the options and discovering what I wanted. They also gave me advice on the type of tripod that would be suitable after again enquiring what I would be using it for. At no time did I get the impression that the advice was based upon selling me the most expensive model.......something which would have put me off. My friend a professional photographer had recommended Calumet and I was not disappointed.”

“Having expressed interest in a new camera which was obviously in demand, the store manager, Lesley, alerted me when one was in stock and held it aside to allow me several days to get to the branch and assess it before making a decision as to whether to purchase it, even though others definitely wanted to buy. I've not had anything other than excellent customer service from the Manchester branch.”

“Brilliant service in the Birmingham store. I needed a new lens for my film camera, and not only were they able to help me choose the lens, they also had lots of film info, and pointed me towards other interested people. Friendly, helpful, brilliant.”

“This was my first purchase from Calumet online (I usually visit the Bristol store). Customer service is first rate, very fast response to any questions or queries - in this case just emailing for a tracking number. Delivery came as expected and free next day delivery can't be beaten!”

“There is always good communication and quality product information throughout the meeting - me and my colleague popped in to test out a range of video cameras, both dedicated and hybrid, and through testing and questions we settled on a Canon c100 mk2 and accessories. The server did his best to help us get a competitive price and also made us feel welcome!”
