“The Milton Keynes pick-up point is very convenient for me but the invoicing and payment system is archaic and takes an age. Staff are very friendly and helpful but the counter needs to be more retail oriented.”

“Extremely pleased with the online service, I ordered the wrong size lens case and had to return it, the correct size was sent out immediately. I have bought a few Calumet products over the last year and cannot fault them, my favourite being the tripod bag. I first discovered Calumet by stumbling across your shop in Wardour St, I was highly impressed with the level of service. Being new to photography I've come across other camera shops that can be quite patronising to someone that is learning but your staff were fantastic, happy to listen and advise. Keep up the good work!!”

“There is a reason why I keep returning to Calumet... no actually there are a few... Apart from great prices, (which is always important,) it's more important to trust the dealer with whom you deal - and over many years of receiving friendly and helpful service, I trust the team at Calumet. They are always my first port of call and I joke that they get all my spare money. But the truth is that I'd rather part with my cash to this, one of the best photographic suppliers than anyone else.”

“The item I purchased was'nt in stock when I placed my order, However it was keenly priced against other suppliers. I received a phone call when the item arrived in store and duly collected it. I'm very plesed with it. Overall happy with the service”

“Service was good. My only negative was the box that the camera bag was packed in was far too small hence it was bulging at the top and it was very hard to open the box without damaging the bag.”

“I ordered a lens for rental, the staff in the Bristol branch were helpful and couldn't do enough for me. Likewise on returning the product at the conclusion of the rental period the staff couldn't help enough, checking stock and prices on various other items for me. A joy to use.”
