“Great service from all your staff who are very knowledgeable about the products you supply. This I have not found in any other shops.”

“I made a purchase over the telephone. I was informed that the item was shortly to be in stock and that it would be despatched as soon as it arrived. The item arrived on the day I was told it would arrive. It was well packaged. My only criticism is that there was no email confirmation of my order; this would have allayed any fears I had. However, the service was courteous and friendly.”

“I am a fairly new customer to Calumet, only visiting about half a dozen times so far, (and purchasing something each time!) and as far as I can see there is nothing to fault at all. The staff are all very knowledgeable and professional in their approach. And the Calumet brand offers very good value for money, which I very much appreciate. What more is there to say? (Except perhaps that the Wardour Street branch is a bit small as far as stock is concerned.)”

“If I want anything relating to photography then Calumet in Manchester is the first place that I go to. I have been using this branch of Calumet for several years now and I find the members of staff there to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The company supplies products from all the leading manufacturers at very competitive prices plus an excellent range of products carrying the Calumet brand name. In addition to this the company provides both studio and training facilities on their premised, with a program of seminars from leading authorities in every aspect of photography. I have been a keen amateur photographer for the past fifty years and this is the best service I have ever had. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“As order date was close to Christmas and the tripod was required as a present, I rang Calumet direct and received superb selection and ordering support over the telephone with the item actually being delivered within 48 hours to my home address.”
