“When it comes to buying serious photography gear in the UK we need to be sure of several things - the price has to be ok - delivery charges reasonable - delivery has to be quick especially if we need the kit for an assignment - and that last little detail that is oft overlooked on the internet, genuine UK stock that the official importers will recognise the serial number of in the unlikely event of a malfunction. Calumet fully met all of these requirements and are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will buy paper clips from a company I have never heard of if they're a bit cheaper - but not professional camera equipment I rely on every day to earn a living - well done Calumet please keep it up!”

“One of my sons mentioned a specific camera bag he would like for Christmas but unfortunately only mentioned it a week or 2 before the big event. I tried all the camera shops I knew in the area who were unable to help me and then "discovered" the existence of Calumet in Bristol who were able to order the bag for me which arrived the next day for me to collect. Excellent service from very polite and friendly staff. A price only slightly higher than quoted on the Internet and I was able to actually see what I was buying. I will definitely use Calumet again and would recommend them without hesitation.”

“Extremely pleased with the online service, I ordered the wrong size lens case and had to return it, the correct size was sent out immediately. I have bought a few Calumet products over the last year and cannot fault them, my favourite being the tripod bag. I first discovered Calumet by stumbling across your shop in Wardour St, I was highly impressed with the level of service. Being new to photography I've come across other camera shops that can be quite patronising to someone that is learning but your staff were fantastic, happy to listen and advise. Keep up the good work!!”
