“I visit the Manchester store the staff are always helpful and give good advice. Even if prices were cheaper online I would still purchase from Calumet as I prefer to do business face to face.”

“1. The new queuing system in your Drummond Street store is a great improvement. I used to stand for what seemed ages while the staff talked among themselves or just wandered around. Now they know that someone is waiting and seemed to have been trained to respond accordingly. 2. I came in to purchase a Genesis Powerblock battery pack to replace my deceased Quantum Turbo and was recommended a Powerpoint Duo 1000. Very good unit, works well with my SB800 but sadly it does not support my aged Nikon SB25 unit. 3. Excellent post-sales support when I raised this problem and brought the unit into the shop. For the record, the new Quantum units do still support the SB25, but neither Genesis product does.”

“Impressive customer service at Calumet Bristol. From everything I was told I was able to make a good decision - which meant that I DIDN'T buy from Calumet. However, the advice was so good, that although Calumet lost a sale, they acquired a customer.”

“As an enthusiastic 'snapper', limited in knowledge and experience I had been somewhat put off dealing with Calumet as I felt they were focused only on serving a sector of the market that was much more technically competent than me. Having taken the plunge I am happy that I found helpful and engaging assistants who were more than happy to deal at my level though clearly also competent and knowledgeable to a much higher level of expertise. I will be very happy to deal again in the future with Calumet.”

“Hi Folks, been using Cal - Manchester for years, staff and service has always been great in my experience. They are however let down by a billing process that died when we stopped using stone slabs to write on - the time it takes to print receipts on several A4 sheets when you only buy some printer ink is just silly, and then you send another one in the post. And the web site is a joke you could find things quicker with a roller deck and at least related items bearing some resemblance to what you keyed in would be on the same page (and you just PAID someone to rehash this) come on guys for a company of your size and standing in the industry really wont do. The hire facility is great also. Best Wishes Keith”
