“Bought a lens at an open day: extra discount as well as cashback from manufacturer. The shop was very busy (100 plus), but the guys saw to me quickly and processed the order efficiently.”

“Received email showing len's on offer on open day, went to the shop to purchase the lens Was not in stock but the assistant said it would be with me the next day by carried. Lens arrived on time, so all in all perfect! Great price, Great service!”

“I've just bought a Canon f1.4 50mm lens from Calumet in Edinburgh. The lens is fantastic - crisp sharp images and beautiful depth of field. The staff at Calumet were helpful, very friendly and a great advertisement for not buying online. I'm delighted with my purchase and the place I chose to get it.”

“After waiting all day for my delivery I'm told a delivery was attempted and a card put through my door. No card No delivery. I now have to wait for another day unsure if the same will happen again, EXTREMELY unimpressed.”

“This was such a good deal for the Canon Pixma Pro-1. It was already the lowest price I could find, there was a further 10% off, plus free delivery, available on 0% finance and a £125 voucher for the store! The quality of the initial test prints has been stunning. I just need to test out different papers before I am fully set up.”

“We went to your branch at Drummond Street, London (Euston) on Saturday to buy a couple of camera bags. At the same time, I was seeking advice regarding suitable lens and camera for wildlife photography. The store manager, Jamie Dye, was very helpful and happy to give us a very valuable advice which is very much appreciated.”

“I have purchased a number of items from Calumet over the years and have always had excellent service and advise from helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable staff and this coupled with excellent prices and offers makes them a perfect one stop for all photographic requirements and then they have a studio for hire and excellent seminars!!!”

“I brought a camera body in for repair; that was dealt with efficiently and is still in the pipeline. I was able to buy a second hand body as a standin/reserve at a good price in excellent condition. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.”

“Received a marketing email about a special offer on a camera bag. Followed the link and checked stock: 3 remaining. Order a bag and then checked stock later: 2 remaining. Received email the next day to say that there'd been so much demand for the bag, they were unable to fulfil the orders. Seems as if the live stock reporting on the website needs an overhaul. I asked for a refund a week ago, which still hasn't arrived. Not very impressed.”

“From the start to end Calumet is 5 star service. Customer service is quick to respond and super helpful. Store staff is very knowledgeable and happy to help. I done my order via customer service call line and was collecting it in Belfast store. Great experience :)”

“I love Calumet. My first stop for anything quality. I know that I will get the right advice and over the years I have come to know the staff and trust their opinions. Both myself and my partner needed new tripods but we have quite different needs. So we came to the trade day where Stephanie from Manfrotto took the time to go over the ranges with us. We ended up with 2 of the same tripods because although our needs are different, the same one bridged both out requirements. And we got a cracking deal on them too! What's not to like!”
