“The film was priced competitively and made better for the free delivery over £50. The films were delivered very fast and in perfect condition. I will definitely be using Calumet again and I have no qualms in recommending them to everyone.”

“I rang Calumet on impulse on Weds evening due to one of their special offer emails for a Canon 5d3. At 6.15pm I was surprised to find someone still there. Raj took all of my details and so I placed an order. The item itself was out of stock but arrived at my door the following Monday. The offer itself was exceptional as was the service that Raj gave me, I was kept informed at every stage and could not be happier. I would recommend Calumet all day long .”

“Excellent 8104 Monopod (carbon fibre no less). A great bargain with very fast delivery. Can't fault Calumet. BUT, in a follow-up email (after the 8104 had arrived) there was a special offer on a Manfrotto monopod at a great price. HAD I received that offer first I would have chosen the Manfrotto as it's so solid it can be thrown around, dropped, used to push people out of shot etc. Having had my winge about your marketing...I am still a happy bunny and will return to purchase from you again.”

“Got an automated email confirming payment taken but nothing after that so i rang the enquires number on Saturday to be told that "DPD dont deliver at the weekends so it will be sometime Monday", so I started to get ready to go out. 30 mins later as i was leaving the house, the dpd van turns up. 5 mins earlier and i would have missed him. That is not good customer service for an item over £1000. Amazon tell you when it will turn up and keep you informed on a £10 item. Why dont you keep your customers informed?”

“I have only recently started professional photography, and the staff at Calumet Birmingham have been incredibly helpful. I shoot with a Pentax K-50 and its not always easy to find kit; Adele and her team at Calumet have tried, where possible, to keep me in mind when something comes up. If you are a photographer in Birmingham I would highly recommend building a relationship with the team at Calumet.”

“I purchased a new carbon Manfrotto tripod online during Black Friday, saving 20% and arranged to collect from my local store in Belfast. The whole thing went perfectly. I bought the tripod just after midnight on Black Friday and received an email at about 7am that morning advising my order was ready for collection. I went and collected the tripod that afternoon and everything was hassle free. Very happy.”

“Generally ok. Some staff are better than others , some need more training than just reading the box. The rental and fixing aspect is brilliant tho. I have had customer service being terrible rude considering I spend around 10k a year with you guys.”
