“I attended the Calumet open day on Thursday the 26th in Birmingham, its great to speak to actual company representatives in a non large show environment and get the detailed advice I wanted ( thank you Steve at Canon), needless to say I ended buying the canon 100-400L IS II which I have been looking at for a while at a great price and with 24 months Interest free credit makes it very affordable, its a great lens and managed to test at the weekend in very "would have been drier if I was standing in a bucket of water" weather at my boys local football match. The lens performed perfectly and the images were fantastic, looking forward to sunny days and finally being able to get some of the wildlife shots I have be dreaming of getting for a while. Thanks guys at Calumet, as always sometimes the best shots are actually achieved by getting the best advice...”

“I was charged £5.99 postage when the listing stated - 'Shipping for UK customers is free for a 1-2 working day service or £6.99 for a next day delivery. Only noticed I paid for the postage when the flash arrived as I asked my wife to pay on my behalf using paypal.”

“This was the first but certainly not the last time I will order from Calumet. The service was five star with first class postal service too. Ordered my Calumet Monopod Head which I might add was excellent quality and a great price after 3pm and still got my parcel the very next day,brilliant!! Thanks Guys & Girls.”

“I have used Calumet in both Manchester and Birmingham. I am an enthusiast photographer, not a professional, but I have found the staff at Calumet knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Now that many dedicated photographic shops have closed, it is good to find somewhere that gives personal, informed service, and this is worth travelling a distance to obtain.”

“Faultless in the simplicity of the website layout, ordering process and just amazingly quick delivery. I choose Calumet recently for a purchase of camera bag as you were significantly cheaper than competitors ! Given the great service it was a no brainier to use you again to make a further purchase a few days later to purchase a camera body over equally priced competitors.”

“Hard to see how the process could be improved. I saw the item I wanted, ordered it using the simple sequence of screens, sadly paid for it but hey what can you expect, and it arrived as promised well packaged. I'm really stuck for anything constructive to add. It does just what it says on the tin.”

“Very happy with the new Nikon D750 and additional lense I bought from Calumet. Decided on them because price was matched to Jessops, but then I also got additional discounts so worked out cheaper in the end. Camera was delivered quickly and safely and very happy with the service I received”

“I have just purchased a new Canon 17mm TSE lens using Calumet's 24month interest free credit facility. There were a few hiccups with the finance company needing more info (internet banking and paperless statements were the stumbling block) but we got there in the end. Hina Kayani's tenacity made all the difference. Did I mention anything about the lens, it's fantastic!! but it needs expensive WonderPana filter adapters to really make it zing. This is my second serious purchase from Calumet in Drummond Street during the past six months (the Canon 24mmTSE II being the other) and on both occasions everyone involved took considerable effort to help affect an easy sale. Calumet, Drummond Street are also out of the congestion charge zone and are near neighbours of the snackery, Gupta.”

“I wanted to get another Nikon camera to go with my D3100 and it's set of lenses. I chose the D5300 and a 35mm lense and went on the net I saw and ordered a very cheap camera. Then I realized it would not have a uk guarantee as it was sourced from China, nor would I get software upgrades if needed - panic! Then I saw CALUMET offering the same camera and lense for not a lot more money but with proper warrenty and aftercare. Thankfully was able to cancel the first choice and so ordered from Calumet. Great service, arrived exactly as planned, well packaged. All I have to do now is use the kit. Thanks Calumet. Roger”

“I've been looking at a Fuji system for some time and visited three UK chains to get the right advice. John and his team in Manchester were just superb - courteous, informative and no, 'heavy sales talk'. I'm looking at a Canon system in Feb' '16 and without doubt I'll head back to Calumet, Manchester for advice and knowledge. Also they're very competitive. And that's very important! Don Gladstone.
