“Whilst it's often convenient to buy the more basic items in a city centre chain store I know that I can be sure of getting experienced and knowledgeable advice from the staff at Calumet. Staff are helpful and friendly and committed to customer satisfaction. I also appreciate the frequent in-house seminars hosted by Calumet.”

“All the staff are very friendly, highly knowledgable and kindly & patiently tell us almost all we need to know. Sometimes we have to queue for a long time to be served but that may show each customer is served to his/her satisfaction, I hope. The price may be slightly higher than other shops sometimes but its aftercare is always excellent.”

“Calumet were the cheapest UK supplier,despite operating stores and UK telephone support. I was able to speak to someone to find my delivery time. I also received a free gift worth over £50 and delivery was free and next day. Impressed and would use again if prices stay keen.”

“Bought the new Nikon zoom lens and paid for same some five weeks before delivery. All in all very good service however a text to inform me that the lens had even despatched would be useful as it was pure luck I was in when the lens was delivered. Subsequently bought a filter for the lens and was given the discount which had only been applied to offers that week excellent service for this.”

“Calumet in Drummond Street has always been my first choice go to supplier, they always carry a good range of stock and give advice when required. I shoot film as well as digital and I can get pretty much everything I need in one place. The car park is a godsend.”

“I came to get advice about my V850 Epson scanner bought online. I have problems-like many other users- with the medium format holder. The person didn't seem to know anything about the scanner and just said I should contact Epson...(oh sure thanks I didn't think about that before!!!). I hoped for a little more concern with helping me with a product I bought at Calumet. This time was not such a good experience. But in the past, I usually had nice people. Sometimes I wish though they would be more interested or concerned with my needs.”
