“I took my Canon 5D Mark II in to get it repaired. As it turned out the guy behind the desk knew what to do to fix it and he did it there and then. Not only did he sort it out he also gave the sensors a quick clean for me too....there was no charge and it was done in minutes. He explained what I'd done to loosen the piece of perspex near the sensor. I bought a few bits of equipment whilst I was there....a black back cloth, a white back cloth, a spare battery, a new compact flash card and some ND filters. I was paying with vouchers (I had them in £50s) as they can't give change they worked out a discount so that I didn't lose out. I didn't feel rushed in buying anything, the guys were extremely helpful and I will be back again to look at the large displays. I was really impressed with the range of stock.”

“Staff member Tom was more than helpful with my purchase. Told me everything I needed to know about the delivery process and the time it would take to arrive in store. I recieved a phone call 2 days later to say that the items were ready to pick up. On the day I was picking up my products I was running late so rang ahead to say so, Tom and Adele (the members of staff working) stayed open an extra 10 minutes so I could collect my items. I ran from the station all the way to the store, I was a sweaty mess and they were fantastic, offering me water and giving me a chance to catch my breath as well as having a joke. EXCELLENT customer service and great members of staff. Will definitely be returning.”

“I have used Calumet before so I trusted their service. On the most recent occasion I was again very pleased with the ease of ordering and speed of delivery - next day = next day! After my lens arrived I noticed the price dropped by £120 in a sale and the were good enough to refund the difference as part of their "Price Promise" How good is that!!!??? I love it when don't have to shop around for the best deal and Calumet make that possible every time!! Great work guys!! :)”

“Excellent customer service from Calumet, i rang up interested in some used gear, Jamie got me all the details on condition and from his description i ordered via the phone. The camera was exactly as described when it arrived (next day) and packaged extremely well at a great price. I can't think of anything Calumet could of done better.”

“I found the communication from Calumet first class. Keeping me up to date where my order was and letting me know the tracking numbers for delivery. My order needed splitting into two despatches and they were very accommodating in ensuring I get my deliveries as soon as possible. “A busy-ish Saturday afternoon for the store, but we were told we would be seen to as quick as possible. The gent who served us was very informative and took his time with us to see we got what we wanted and didn't seem stressed trying to serve anyone else. Bought the camera and was told we would have to wait on the delivery, a little bit annoyed as we felt like kids at Christmas wanting it now! The gent gave us a rental with a lense as close to the one we had ordered to practice on. The rest of our weekend was bliss. Thank you for the great service!”
