“Most impressive! I had occasion to query a detail on my order, wrote a short letter, and received a personal telephone call to explain a back-order. This was followed up a few days later to give me an update. Nobody can improve on this sort of friendly service.”

“The sales staff were excellent, Raj told me all I needed to know. On the other hand, your leasing company rang me straight away, asking for my bank details and a few questions about my residence at my present address. I never heard back from them at all. I was told it would be confirmed the next morning. I needed the camera urgently, and therefore had to pay for it by credit card. This is no way to do business.”

“On the fair part, most staff never seem happy in calumet, with the exception of one person I can think of. Some times I can find phone operaters very rude, the staff behind the desk not very informative or willing to help, I do not like going into calumet.”

“…no rocket science needed here: I placed an order with Calumet via their easy-to-use camera portal; I e-mailed my VAT number so as not to be charged VAT. The goods arrived when I thought they should; I was not charged VAT. So I'm a satisfied customer. Thanks d”

“Staff had plenty of time for me and gave me their full attention. The store had all the items I was considering in stock and the staff (Jess and Adele) were reasonably knowledgeable - not expert status as the camera body (Fuji X-T1 is quite new so they were not familiar with all its features. First class service and prices as good as anyone's.”

“After some bad experience with wrong cables in several Video Camera Hires, my purchase of the camera in view was exemplary, and very encouraging for future dealings at Calumet, where Damian's service is extremely good All I can add is that your telephone recording advertisement, which one is obliged to hear while waiting to be connected, is both out of date in one aspect (it refers to Dec 2014) and very very tedious of you have to hear it several times. Something less forceful would be more persuasive.”

“Been looking for the perfect partnership for me that will provide a couple of studio strobes and a battery pack. Price, quality, performance, reliability and service should I need it were all taking into consideration and the brand that stood out was bowens. The small travel pack was acquired through Calumet and although only tested to check it will all work during a shoot, I am pretty confident this item was the right choice. It is light enough to allow even the most delicate of model to carry without any fuss, yet rugged enough to survive if dropped from a couple of feet a few times.”
