“I ordered a camera case at the photographic show in March 2014 I was told I would have the item within a month as it was out of stock at the show. 6 months I was still waiting for the item so had a refund.”

“Calumet got me out of the stickiest situation I've ever been in throughout my professional life: on my way to a shoot - husband calls me to say I've left all bar one of my camera batteries in the living room in their charges! Disaster!! I called Calumet who (thank what ever entity resides above) had an office close to the shoot location and they put a battery and car charger aside for me! Relief! They could not have been more helpful and supportive and I will be forever grateful! Brilliant company so many thanks all round!”

“I always find Calumet in Belfast a very pleasant shop to do business . The staff are friendly ,knowledgable and not pushy . The South African woman is a typical and full of opinionated views which she is happy to share with the world I like this though and she is great craic and in no way offensive. The rest of the Staff are a bit quitter but just as likeable. All said I would recommend them .”

“My local store (Edinburgh) appears to be retreating from the front line a bit - less academy offerings, less stock, not always holding the open days others are - bit of a worry really. On Wednesday 29th they finally indicated when the autumn open days were to take place:- Thursday 30th in Glasgow and Friday 31st in Edinburgh - would have been nice to go - get my sensor cleaned - handle the 7d II and decide which Eizo is for me........ but ¿ know what ? I have to go to work in order to earn my disposable income.... Seriously - a grand total (for Edinburgh) of 45 hours advanced warning ???”

“The guy in your Drummond Street shop has been very kind and professional. I am happy with the service. I have to say I am really disappointed by the answer I've got when I've called you by phone before coming to the shop...the person who replied me has been really rude pointing that I was not speaking a proper english an repeating me every sentence I said in this way: "ok, let's say it in english, you want to...". This is really unacceptable and pretty racist too. At the end of my phone call he told me that he would have reserve the item for me but in the reality when I came to the office it comes clear that he didn't reserve anything...luckily one camera was still available. The poor rating I'm giving you is the sum of the very good service I've had when in the shop and the unacceptable one I've got by phone.”

“The telephone service from the staff was excellent and they even called me twice to confirm that all of my order had arrived at the Manchester store. On arrival at the store the customer experience was first class and my order was swiftly processed.”

“staff were very courteous and helpful , a shame theres not one in Huddersfield or Bradford , as i hate driving through main Cities these days , sat nav not quick enough and sometimes send you down a blocked off street ,”

“Called into Calumet in Edinburgh and the guy was very helpful indeed. I needed a couple of pieces of equipment but also had queries on my flash and potential camera hire. Bent over backwards to accommodate at reasonable prices. Keep up the great customer service.”
