“I came into have my sensor cleaned on my Sony FS700 but after much deliberation it was viewed to risky for your guys to clean it - we thought it might have aluminium flecks in it. However - desperate to get the job done I spoke to one of your desk team and he gave me loads of great advice and sold me all the stuff I needed to clean it myself. You will be pleased to hear that after all it was just surface dirt and it came up like new!! happy days anyway all the staff were excellent and i understand their fears about cleaning it. I just thought they would like to know it was in fact fixable in case something else like that comes in again.”

“Good service overall but I have bought a couple of things from you lately and chosen the pick up from store option but no-one contacted me on either occasion to let me know when it had arrived. I am still waiting for a battery grip that came free when I bought a MKIII a few months ago...”

“Traded in my D600 body for a D750 body. First time I had ever traded in before and the assistant made things very easy. Ordered the D750 three days after UK announcement and the body arrived tens after my order. Excellent service as always from Calumet. So far the Nikon D750 as been an absolute joy to use and has exceeded my expectations. Nikon have a true gem of a camera here.”

“Hi I live in MK and Calumet are the only high end photographic outlet in MK. trouble is its on a trading estate on the outskirts of my town. I am fed up with having to go out of town to get my 120 roll film as and when I need it, because Calumet MK don't have any in stock, their London branches do, except MK. I recently bumped into the executives at the MK headquarters i mention I have to go to Drummond street to get my film and suggested that they should open up a store in the centre of Milton Keynes where everyone can benefit from their wares. This of course was sneered at and shushed away by them asking me and a friend what cameras we used..... so here you have it, my review!”

“Super fast delivery. However, you did send my two packs of 120 film in the most enormous Fed-Ex box. It took up roughly 1/8 of the box and the rest was protective material! Grateful nonetheless.”

“On the hunt for a Lowepro backpack for my camera gear, Initially I went to their Wardour Street branch. The staff here were brilliant and very helpful, giving honest advice when I asked about Airplane sizes, they brought out size charts and very through with their answers and advised me not to buy the largest one 450AW, but the one below, an 350AW. Unfortunately this wasn't in stock at that branch, so they advised me there was stock available in the Euston branch, which was only a couple of tube stops away. When I arrived, I thought the store was amazing, large and spacious, the staff again were very helpful and I made my purchase. The backpack, a lowepro Pro Runner 350 AW is perfect. Thanks guys.”
