“I like the fact that you have student discounts and free delivery for the next day. It was a bit difficult to get the parcel from FedEx as they didn't come when I was at home so I had to chase them for a few days. Anyway, thank you and see you on the next order.”

“I've dealt with the Manchester store and in particular, John Willis, for many years. The knowledge, stock and customer service is second to none. John in particular goes the extra mile to not only make sure you make the right choices BEFORE you buy, but he keeps ion touch to make sure you are happy afterwards too.”

“I bought a Fujifilm XT-1 boxed camera kit on 29th Aug from Calumet at Drummond St, London NW1. I understood from the sales person that I was eligible for a £100.00 cashback, which I then applied for, from Fujifilm. They have now repudiated the claim on the basis that 'not enough purchases were made for this promotion'. although the invoice total is £1388.00. I presume, although they do not say, that this is because the purchase was part funded by part exchange. Either way I feel somewhat shortchanged and that Fujifilm, or Calumet, owes me £100.00. I hope that either Fijifilm or Calumet will get in topuch. Sincerely, Danny Israel.”
