“I like the way the staff communicate with the customers,me being one of them. There is genuine warmth in the greeting. Even when a member of staff is not the one serving you a greeting comes your way. I have been served by a number of Calumets staff all all have been very friendly and professional in the way they deal with my requirement, when an item is out of stock that I have ordered, then I am kept in the loop as to its position in the system. Kind regards Derek”

“Really helpful and informative. Good service from someone who was interested in sharing their knowledge and expertise, and who took time to find the right product for me. Have been a customer for many years, but revisited recently from a long (working) break and was very pleased with the service received yet again.”

“Sad to say I didn't have the best experience with my last purchase which was a Calumet Standard Boom with Cine Stand. The boom wasn't as advertised with the 'angle indicator' not on it as per the description. I informed Calumet when I bought in early June and I was told it doesn't have one and won't have one any more. It is now November and the item description has not changed. The overall quality of the item wasn't brilliant either and one of the shot bag counter weights fell apart before even being used. Customers serices did sort it out eventually but not in the easiest and quickest way possible way as you would expect. You need to up your game Calumet.”

“I needed help in deciding which new camera system to choose....I was impressed by the time taken and helpfulness of the staff at Manchester. Three systems from Canon, Nikon and Fuji were discussed with example bodies and lenses brought to the counter so they could be compared side by side....absolutely no pressure just helpful advice and consideration. I decided on the Fuji in the end and was so pleased with the service that I immediately placed an order for a second body and additional lenses the following week.”

“After Richard's in depth explanation of the "cause and effect" of every stage of DSLR photography, together with his demonstration of the various ways of changing different aspects of your photographs, I now feel more confident in switching away from "auto" mode and can't wait to gt out there to practice! “Item was as described and delivered on time in perfect condition. I have used Calumet in Belfast many times and have found the staff, especially Angus & Kelly to be very helpful. In this case I bought an item on EBay from Calumet and found the service to be excellent and very good value for money. Michael Daly”

“I bought and booked a seminar recently on "understanding your digital slr" to be held at their London offices in Euston. When I arrived at the venue, my suspicions were immediately aroused as the Assistant seemed unaware that the seminar was taking place until I showed my print out of the booking. He then made some enquiries on the phone and asked me to take a seat in the waiting area where shortly afterwards I was joined by another person who was also attending the seminar. Ten minutes after the scheduled commencement time another employee approached us and said that the instructor had been delayed by transport problems and had therefore cancelled the seminar-- they had been unable to find a replacement. He took our details and said that our course fee would be fully reimbursed and that an alternative date would be arranged at no cost. It has now been nearly one and a half weeks and I have heard nothing further since. In the circumstances I am unable to rate this as anything but very poor. If they do provide an alternative date at no cost as promised, I will revise my opinion.”

“I bought a new Eizo CS 240. Richard Bridge assisted me and was excellent with his knowledge and ability. The service was excellent. He is also tutoring me in photo shop skills. I am picking up the Eizo next week as well as having another lesson from Richard. It is all very supportive stuff and helping me to achieve my desired effects and visual outcomes. Thank you Richard, thank you Calumet”
