“I have ordered from Italy a 3 legged thing tripod (Punks model). Quick deliver and good price. Very good service. And tripod is fantastic. A best buy.”

“I ordered a Hex 21 kit at 4.30pm on Tuesday and it came the following morning - less than 24 Hrs!! Other companies should take a leaf out of your book!!”

“Calumet Belfast has the worst sales team.At the last "open house"(in fact a room filled with people and tripods where you could barely move) I bought an Epson R3000.I was promised it will arrive in 3-5 days only to find out after I called 2 times that the printer was back-ordered and I had to wait weeks(not specified by the sales guy)to get it.I'll never shop there again.”

“I have used Calumet Manchester over the years for many different purchases. I have learned to trust the opinions/advice I am given and the quality of the products sold. “Not very impressed, sales person on phone promised lens would be delivered to store the next day, and I would be called when it arrived. Unfortuatley the lens did not arrive as promised nor did the phone call. Sales person also negleted not to tell me I would need photo id to collect, which involved a further delay. Will not be shopping at Calumet again.”

“Enjoyable experience, the staff seemed knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Only downside was there not being discreet bags in which to carry a good-sized DSLR box, along with a lens (in the box) across London. Two plastic bags turned inside out made it a bit less obvious.”

“I live in Brazil and this is the second time that I write an e-mail to Calumet getting a prompt answer. They issue an order for me to pay with wire transfer and I pick up my câmera or lens at the store when I arrive in UK. Their service is outstanding!!!”

“Extraordinary length of time from ordering to product deliver. I had to chase the suppliers myself. I even ordered the same product direct from supplier which arrived the next day. Calumet took over 3 weeks!”

“I dealt with Adele at the Birmingham branch to purchase a new camera and other equipment to use for my work. I contacted several well known stores for advise and quotes. I found Adele and her colleagues far more helpful and professional and had no hesitation in purchasing from her. The items I ordered were delivered promptly and when promised. I can not fault the service and would happily recommended them.”

“My interaction with the Birmingham team has been from advice, purchase to repair. I have found the staff to be nothing more than incredibly helpfully and knowledgable on all the products. They also spend the time to discuss and even show the products and services. I would use them again and have already recommended them to friends and colleagues.”
