“I find staff at Calumet, Belfast, helpful and friendly with a good degree of knowledge on the matters I have brought to their attention whether it be advice on a product I am purchasing or on something I might be interested in buying. Overall I look forward to trips to the store with the knowledge I am being well looked after when in their hands.”

“I'm very happy with Calumet and the lovely people that work at the shop - very helpful. The only reason I didn't give you the very good mark is that I am still waiting for the lights I ordered and paid for 3 weeks ago due to some delivery delay.”

“I will never order film through your website again. My order was delayed and once it arrived it was just a part of the full order. This came as a surprise since the film had been listed as "in stock" on your website and delivery was guaranteed within two days. I then called to CANCEL the rest of the order since I had to go out to buy film elsewhere in order to bring it with me on my working trip. When I called your customer sercvice I was told that the remaining order (that had been delayed several days) was going to be canceled and that I would receive a refund instead. However, as I return home from my foreign trip I see that the film has been delivered anyway. I am unhappy with this since I had to spend both more time (on the phone with customer service asking for information about delivery and then deling with the cancellation of the items) and more money than expected since I had to go out and buy more film - only to discover that my cancellation had not been taken into account. I would like to hear from you in order to hear if you would be willing to compensate me for: 1. The delay of the delivery of all items. 2. The delivery of the second batch DESPITE THE FACT that I had requested to cancel it (confirmed over phone speaking to one of your customer service personnel) due to the fact that they were going to arrive much later than estimated. In addition to this, I found your customer service personel rude and dismissive. Maja Daniels - 07884 322 624”

“I waited at least 15 minutes before anyone offered to help me. Service was very slow behind the counter. It took a further 10 minutes for the sales agent to find the product I was looking for back in the stock room. Once the product was in hand the agent was very helpful and polite. I just would have appreciated more proactive and faster customer service initially (i.e., serve the person in the shop not the one on the phone while there is a long queue) and perhaps have more people on hand in general. I will probably not shop here again unless another store does not have what I am looking for. Sorry.”

“A very impressive product swiftly delivered to Belfast office. The Canon redemption (free monopod if bought with product) leaves a lot to be desired and it still hasn't arrived. There was also a similar problem with a previous redemption offer from Canon. Calument was supportive however.”
