“As a pro photographer shooting for international clients requirements can be a challenge. With great customer service and also a Canon represenitive working there 90% of my needs are met. I would highly recommend these guys there's not a lot Drummond street don't have - Ki Price.”

“When it comes to photographic equipment I will now only shop through Calumet. I have purchased kit all over the world, in many different stores, but never had such a pleasent experience when dealing with your Bristol store. I was studying photography 10+ years ago whilst working in Jessops and understand some of the trials you face on a day to day basis in this particular retail sector, the consistency of the Bristol branch is really second to none. On every occasion Andy, Jess and Steve have always gone the extra mile to find items last min, whilst offering the best price, warranties and always with a warm welcome and sincere interest in what I am up to. As my equipment continues to grow I always have faith in the teams knowledge and best advice. In the last year Bristol has helped me expand my kit with a Canon 1D, Profoto B1 kit, 2.8 24-70 & 70-200mm L lenses amount other bits. Although my bank account squirms I can always rest assured that my equipment is there to capture the moment thanks to the care and detail Bristol take for each sale. Looking forward to the next purchase with calumet be it a cleaning cloth, body or lens, I know the standard of the service will not change.”

“Popped in to the Wardour Street store to have a look at a SpiderHolster Pro I was considering buying. Unfortunately they didn't have one in stock, but were quite happy to arrange for one to be delivered to the store. Called me two days later to say it was in, went along to 'try it on for size' (loved it, BTW) and bought it. The guys were very helpful, couldn't really fault them at all. Thank you!”

“Very well looked after from the outset. A little complicated as I live in Italy but Raj in the London office kept in touch and I decided to pick up my new lens from Milton Keynes on a visit to England Again I was well received and looking forward to trying out the lens.(Canon 24-70 2.8 L II IS )”

“I visited Calumet Birmingham this week wanting to treat myself to a full frame Canon camera. I was greeted promptly by a very friendly and helpful member of staff. She listened to my reasoning and showed me the Canon 5D and 6D. We discussed the pros and cons of both cameras and I left the proud owner of a 6D. It was very reassuring to feel that I had received such expert advice but had not felt pressured at all. I will definitely use Calumet in future for all my needs and thoroughly recommend them to all!”

“Few days ago I bought fuji xt10 in Wardour street showroom. I used Fuji's trade in offer to exchange my old x e1 camera. Calumet employee was very helpful and I was offered fair price for my old camera. Earlier I phoned Calumet helpdesk and person I spoke to was very nice and helpful. I recommend Calumet and I'm sure I will return in future.”

“I upgraded my Canon 7D Mk I to a Canon 5D Mk III and lenses. Calumet provided the best all round package of : - stock availability - pricing - part exchange on EF-S lenses - helpful counter staff - good mix of web site, telephone and face to face contact - follow up post sales So I enjoyed making this particular purchase. “Looking for a present - Very knowledgeable staff, nothing was too much trouble. I wanted a DSLR but only had a budget for a new lower end model so was prepared to consider a used quality model. After a good 30 minutes I left with a cracking deal which included a DSLR body, grip lens and SD card under budget. Highly recommended I will be back.”

“What I needed was fast service from knowledgeable people and that's what I got. Calumet speak the language of photography and understand the pressures when an equipment crisis strikes. My order was fulfilled with time to spare and all the promised add-ons were present and correct. I even received a follow up call from Tommy asking if my order was satisfactory. Great work and I'd happily deal with Calumet in the future.”
