“Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, were great at answering questions and are obviously photographers themselves. No sign of the usual hard sell banter you get from the likes of the big chains. Highly recommended.”

“A friend suggested I buy from Calumet.. I ordered online and immediately received a very kind personal response asking for further info. At first I thought the info required was rather excessive however they were absolutely genuine in explaining why they needed this for security reasons. They delivered via FedEx the following day and followed up with yet another email checking I was happy.. And yes I am - and I'd recommend this business to anyone looking to deal with them.. Great product, good value & excellent customer service!!”

“They are quite knowledgeable and helped me with making the right decision. It was no problem to try out different bodies and lenses. They offer competitive prices so pretty happy with my purchase, would buy from them again!”

“Great service, friendly staff and speedy delivery. My only issue, and the reason I did not give 5 stars, relates to the identity confirmation process I had to go through before the order could be accepted. This was after and independent from payment by credit card and was designed to prevent fraud. Very commendable in principle but the questions I was asked to answer over the phone provided just the sort of information a fraudster would seek. An uncomfortable situation which a manger at Calumet said he would take up.”

“I'm impressed. Calumet are the only camera specialists I have been able to find in the Birmingham area who have been able to support my recent decision to move from Canon to the Fujifilm system. Not only have they been able to advise on bodies and lenses from what is obviously first-hand knowledge, they have also been able to obtain them quickly when they did not have them in stock and have known exactly which products to recommend to overcome a problem with off-camera flash. Their suggestions have been very helpful and I will certainly be buying from them again.”
