“Disappointing service was promised quick delivery had to wait over a week for goods to arrive and was told every day it would be in and they would call me. I had to chase incessantly for updates. Not very happy”

“My second hand Fuji X10 was sent out very quickly using a responsive courier company who were happy to change delivery day. The camera is in excellent condition with all the original bits and pieces, and the included leather Fuji case is a real bonus. The one year warranty gives piece of mind on second-hand goods. Overall a very good service.”

“Adrian Askew was my Calumet Contact and handled my order very promptly and professionally. He kept in touch by phone and email through to delivery and went the extra mile to get two of the items to me, that the couriers sent to the wrong depot, potentially delaying my urgent equipment order. I really appreciated Adrian's concern and terrific problem solving. My remaining items arrived bang on time. Thanks ! Please would you pass on my appreciation to Adrian. “Disappointed that you can't spend part of a gift voucher ie I had a £50 voucher to spend and I wasn't allowed any change. So given I was spending £30 I had to pay cash.”

“The service I received recently at your Manchester Branch was friendly, efficient,professional and excellent in every way. Not only did they provide a report on a defective lens obtained from another supplier which enabled me to obtain a full refund but provided a replacement at a competitive price within my budget and with a 12 month guarantee. “I ordered a dvd folio case and received an email to say that the packaging was damaged, I then called to rectify and was looked after by Jorge. He was great! Not only did he find me a replacement but he still managed to get it to me for the next day even though the cutoff time had passed! Big thanks to Jorge! The only thing that didn't work was the email, he had sent me an email which I couldn't reply to, perhaps the incoming mail server was down that day!”
