“I recently visited calumet Milton Keynes. And I arrived With a wealth technical questions. What I found there was a professional, patient and knowledgeable team of professionals that were able to answer all my questions. They understood the importance of taking the time to provide positive customers service. I am not able to say that all of my photographic needs had been for filled However they provided enough information on alternative solutions . Great service, good support.”

“I ordered my Nikon lens by pre order and as soon as it came into stock i was notified and received delivery free of charge the next day, the packaging was really good, the other items i had ordered at the same time also came that day as well, got my £50 off accessories, and my discount off my Manfrotto monopod as well, so a great deal, the price was the best i could get, and the service was second to none. I would highly recommend using Calumet to everyone, certainly the best on the internet in the UK. Thank you.”

“Visited the Birmingham shop last week, staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble, providing a good experience that is lacking in many places today. the experience of spending was made a lot more pleasurable by all in the shop.”

“Called into Drummond Street to get a Christmas present for my Son got a Billingham camera bag. Took it back home and thought probably a good idea to ask his wife if I got it right, apparently I got it all wrong the bag was too big so I took it back and Calumet and they refunded the full amount with no problems.”

“I made two visits to Drummond Street branch one for info and one to buy. Both the staff I saw were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Was also getting interest free credit which was the quickest I have ever been processed for that type of transaction. Very good overall.”

“The service i received from the Manchester calumet staff was very good. The service i received from the repair company was poor to normal. I waited 8 weeks for shutter repair on my NIKON D800 Camera; when returned the diaopter and eyepiece was missing? , making another trip from Lancashire into Manchester necessary to have this problem corrected. I had a job the very next day and need this sorted asap, Jack from repairs was great though as he added a spare diaopter that the store onto my camera. Therefore i did not have to wait extra days for it to sent.”

“Absolutely outstanding services no matter if you rent or buy equipment. I've bought and rented equipment from Calumet at Drumond Street near London/Euston for the last 5 years and they never failed me. Professional Staff! Calumet was never my problem and always part of the solution.”
