“I had my sensor cleaned while I waited, it took all of 5 mins, apparently a partial sensor was completed (no idea why). I wasn't charged full price but it was still a bit expensive. Thanks”

“3 items ordered 2 arrived very quickly the 3rd one was out of stock and that arrived a week later no complaints really just a gripe that on the first delivery note there was no indication why the third product had not been delivered. I had to check with calumet but overall good service.”

“The reason I use calumet is because the staff are mostly knowledgeable about the equipment and photography in general and I love the workshops they put on. Just wish i lived in London as the range of workshops we get here in Belfast is dire.”

“The product had already been opened. The battery was missing. Not something that you expect from a £149 product (Nikon Pocket Wizard). This is something that never happened when receiving orders from WEX - I will know better for next time. Adrian.”

“I have yet to meet an unhelpful member of staff at Calumet. My local Belfast store has remarkable customer service, from sales assistants, to managerial. They're full of knowledge, and unlike a lot of places, they aren't forceful sales representatives. This make purchasing with Calumet a pleasure every time. I now buy everything work-related from Calumet - from my Canon 5D Mk iii, to AA batteries... Looking forward to buying a 24-70 off them soon too - fantastic store.”

“When I need anything re: photography, Calumnet is where I go. You are greeted by friendly staff, who have a very good knowledge of all of the products they have. If there is a query re: ordering a particular product, they are able to locate what you need. If they happen to be out of stock, then they are only too happy to order it. You are informed, via contact details of when the product has arrived. If you are professional/semi-professional with photography and you haven't visited, then it is a must, and you won't be disappointed, even an amateur like myself. They don't only supply photographic products, but also have information re: courses in whichever aspect of the subject you enjoy or perhaps want to or need to perfect..”
