“Was looking for a lightweight tripod for foreign travel. The staff at Calumet Belfast were very helpful. They asked what lenses I would be using and which camera. They quickly directed me to a Manfrotto carbon fiber tripod which turned out to be considerably lighter than my own. Good service and price.”

“I went into the branch at Euston, London, only looking for an adaptor. I had purchased a second hand tamron lens, and needed it to fit my canon rebel back. The assistant, took hold of the tamron lens, and we found it only fitted Nikon..so he also matched a second hand Nikon back with it at a low cost price and that made a deal that was so much better than living with an adaptor ring...very good deal, very nice service.”

“Overall the service I received was good, how ever I am still waiting for on of the three filters I ordered well over 2 months ago. I have phoned about this three times, but have not been given an ETA for the filter, or kept up to date by any one on when I might expect my order.”

“I telephoned the Manchester branch to ask if a Canon eycup might be in stock, the team checked there was one at Milton Keynes and would I like it posted out, As the local branch was near I offered to pick it up. Amazing next day service - and brilliant team in the branch there too”
