“The speed of service from Calumet is really very good. I sometimes buy items on their Sunday deals, and usually the item is with me by Tuesday. Good range of products and the website is easy to navigate. Keep up the good work!”

“I know there are a lot of places on Internet where you can buy the same thing at a cheaper price. But every time I need something and I go there, I always find what I need and people who is there to help you the best they can. At least, as a customer, this is what you feel. My feeling about Calumet? I couldn't live without this shop anymore. Cristiano”

“as usual fabulous service from a delightful member of staff, & a great bargain on a much coveted Canon 50mm f1.2L lens in the Calumet sale (with the Canon 'cashback' thrown in as extra added incentive). Great to purchase from a famously reliable & knowledgable company at such a competitive rate. My only regret is we lost this wonderful service in Nottingham & I have to do this on-line or over the phone instead of being able to easily visit the actual shop. Many thanks from a very happy customer”

“I called up calumet and they matched an online deal of theirs that I had missed over the weekend as I was working. They honoured the deal and so I got a great saving. Excellent customer service ( not just - "sorry sir, computer says no... ") and the part when it arrived was very good quality for the price.”

“Always great service at Calumet Manchester Branch. Every time I call and visit the store, all the staff are very helpful, More often deal with John, who always helps you find the right product for you and leave the store with a smile on your face. Its now my first port of call when buying hard cases, Calumet's own brand cant be beaten quality for price.”

“I've bought a few things and rented from Calumet a couple of time in the past before my most recent rental. I've always received very good advice and service from everyone I've dealt with. On this particular occasion there were a few issues (not helped by the fact that I'd made the booking last minute and certain equipment was understandably not available), the main one being that I took away a pair of PocketWizard Plus iii's rather than the Air Remote for the Profoto D1 strobe setup that made up part of my rental, and wasn't aware that HSS wasn't supported which affected the shoot. The other being a missing cable for the transceiver which forced a second trip to collect. I had a discussion about compatibility up front and whether I'm correct on this point or not I did feel like I should have been made aware that the pocket wizard/profoto D1 combo wouldn't allow me to shoot over 1/160th without the mirror blocking the sensor. I didn't mention HSS, but 1/160th being the fastest shutter speed achievable should probably have been mentioned. On raising my concerns with the communication issue I'd experienced, I was absolutely delighted with the way Mark from the rentals desk in Manchester handled the situation. I went from a calm state of quite pissed off, probably never to use Calumet again, to feeling like a highly valued customer in just a few minutes. You have a cracking employee on your hands there and he absolutely deserves recognition for it. Nice one Mark.”

“The young lady (Edinburgh Branch) spent quite an amount of time looking at my exact needs (a backpack) to ensure that I had the right unit for the job. I was looking at the Manfrotto range, but asked about another make. She took the trouble to locate the correct size of one, and pointed out the substantial wight difference that this would incur. Nothing was too much trouble, and all with a smile! Many thanks.”

“Hi. Recently purchased an X-rite Colormunki from Calumet. I have never bought from this store before but I gave it a go primarily because of their very competitive pricing. The item was quickly despatched, arriving the following day - can't get much better than that and it was well packaged! I did encounter a problem with the setup procedure but was helped very politely and efficiently by a chap with the name of Raj. Top marks to him as well. As you may have already gathered I was more than chuffed with all aspects of the deal. Jim.”
