“Manfrotto Pixi Tripod. I already have the older 209 mini tripod with a 484 RC2 Q/R ball head for large DSLR and lenses up to 400mm (provided they are balanced). It is however too heavy for my trouser's pocket, so lives in my big bag. The Pixi with a 1/4" screw attachment is perfect for my new Canon G16. It will fit nicely in my trouser's pocket. It was a good price and delivered promptly.”

“Paid £18 to have the item delivered for a job the following day. Item arrived on time but was faulty which resulted in 30 mile round trip to try replace or repair at Manchester store but this could not be arranges or for reasons Im still not sure about, a refund given. Waste of postage, half a days drive and still no item. As a long term returning customer, some customer service would have been nice.”

“The product, Epson V550 scanner is very good, does everything it claims. I missed the delivery as I didn't receive an email as promised informing of delivery date / time so had to pick it up from courier depot.”

“Attitude of the girls in your Birmingham store was appalling, yes I bought a lens online but I would have bought a camera and other goods in store but walked out - since it's a 90 minute drive from me that took some doing.”

“Slightly mixed opinion - I emailed customer support asking someone to call me on my mobile as I wanted to place an order. Customer service then emailed me back asking me to ring them to place my order! But nonetheless I was very impressed by ALex who somehow got my order delivered at 0830 the next day, even though it was late afternoon when I placed the order.”

“I purchased a Zeiss Touit 32mm 1.8 E fit lens, the packaging did not seem in factory condition, and I felt it was second hand. I tested it on my NEX 7 and to my surprise the lens was poor especially on the left edge much worse than my cheap Sony zoom kit lens. I sent it back to you and it was collected the following day after purchase. As Zeiss have an excellent name for sharp lenses, I was dismayed by the quality, something was wrong. I telephoned your shop in Birmingham to complain, they said “what do you expect from purchasing on line, you should have come to us in the first place.” I am very disappointed.”
