“Price very competitive but advise as to delivery date poor. Part order had been delivered, but no comments or emails received about delivery of remaking two items, on of which (ink cartridges) were showing as "in stock" and the other oshiwing as: orders accepted but currently not in stock. I expected the cartridges to be delivered and advice as to approx dates for out of stock item”

“I used to work at the Euston Tower, just around the corner from their Drummond Street shop. I found it a real Aladdin's cave for photographers and professional advice was readily available. They treat their on-line business with similar professional care and I have found that Calumet's prices are either very close to or sometimes better than Amazon's. Delivery is usually within a couple of days or so and robustly packed. The only minor glitch has been an extended delay for a 77mm UV filter, all the complicated equipment has been sent very promptly. Highly recommended.”

“Expert knowledge from the staff and the availability of second hand kit helped focus and concentrate on resolving the best requirements that I needed within my budget. Worrying observation, Staff always seemed to be surrounded with paperwork with limited counter space for demoing kit. Overall a very professional service.”

“At open day on Thursday in Bristol at 11:15 in the morning I decided to buy at Fuji camera which is on promotion to my surprise they didn't have any in stock. I was promised that one would be delivered on Friday it didn't I wasted most of the day that Friday waiting for it to arrive. About 2.15pm I decided just to check up and they said it hasn't been sent, that it was their fault so they would make sure that it would arrive on Saturday before noon. I swap my day off so I can be in but it didn't arrive again. It finally came at midday on Monday. It cost me more in lost earnings then the money I saved and the promotion.”

“I went to the store last week to collect my order. Unfortunately, only the tripod arrived without the head I ordered with it. I thought the member of staff who called me had checked before if my order arrived completely in store or only partly. It would have saved me some time traveling there and back, which I will need to do again to pick up the second part.”
