“Returned a camera, and refund processing very slow. (Also, despite cancelling the order, the second part of it was sent anyway.) Helpful when I spoke to them - and speedy delivery - but am still waiting for the refund, so I have to judge its efficiency as being variable...”

“So mixed feelings here really, having never bought from Calumet before I wasn't sure what to expect. So I was pleasantly surprised to see the products I wanted almost £50 cheaper than rival companies, great so far... The problem for me arose with delivery, I knew I had opted for the 2/3 day delivery but it took a week for the item to arrive and then only part of the order arrived, it took two phone calls and two promised revised delivery dates before the second item (without which the first couldn't operate) finally turned up. So make your own mind up, if you're not in a hurry go for it, if it's urgent perhaps try somewhere else.”

“They've been working with professional photographers for years, successfully, so it goes without saying their service for the enthusiast and aspiring pro is second to none. As a professional, of over 40 years, I've dealt with them on a number of occasions, both on-line and in-store, and it's always been a pleasure. Sure there are other on-line companies that supply the same, and at times slightly cheaper, also with good service records. But here's the thing, I like the Calumet own brand products, something other on-line stores don't do or don't do well. Calumet have the goods, with the emphasis on good; range, quality, price and service. Peter Baylis”
