“Having local stores and expert sales staff, means I am not limited to judging products by sometimes unreliable descriptions and reviews. I am much happier when I can handle a range of products in my local Calumet branch and get an unbiased opinion from their sales staff before making a final decision on what I buy.”

“At first I was not aware of such store as Calumet Photographic and was struggling to get the right level of knowledge and expertise that Currys, Jessops or other cannot give you. I have to admit that after just one visit this is now became my #1 and only shop for all photo equipment, repairs and service etc. Regarding the price - was shocked that what I was looking for was at the end the cheapest with best benefits at Calumet! Thank you team!”

“I recently made a trade-in on 2 of my Canon cameras for the Sony A7R11 plus a Metabones adapter. And the staff at the Bristol branch were fantastic. Sorted out a price match for me, Which I was very pleased with as it was the best price I was offered anywhere online. Got the goods into the shop so I could test them out So I couldn't be happier with their help. Thanks to all at Bristol branch”

“I use Calumet quite a bit recently; both online and the Manchester shop. I've both hired and bought gear from them. The staff in the Manchester shop are outstanding, happy to offer advice or just chat about what you do. The prices are as keen as you'll find anywhere and the levels of service you get couldn't be bettered. I won't go anywhere else now. Try it. You'll see I'm right.”

“They had the lens I wanted, at the joint lowest price, but also included £50 of accessories (my choice). Items did come 1 day later than had been expected, but hey, stuff happens. Overall, very pleased, but if I had been relying on getting it next day, I would have been disappointed.”

“Easy order process once registered with option to click and collect from my local store a couple of miles away. Ordered a tripod and paper from their own brand and received 30% plus 3 for 2 on the paper saving over £108 on a £230 order. Email to say when ready for collection and as ever my local staff were friendly and helpful.”

“I purchased some items last week and to be honest the service was a bit below par, I recieved an E Mail feedback form and filled in my experience, honestly expecting to hear nothing further. Imagine my surprise when I was phoned by the new manager Mr Mason. He explained the issue and apologised. This has to be the first time I can remember that negative feedback I have entered anywhere that has had a response. I have to say that I was impressed by their attitude and to be fair I normally have a positive experience at Calumet so I will definitely be returning.”
