“I made telephone contact regarding the purchase of a lens and received really constructive advice from the manager on the phone. She ordered the lens and it was at the shop in just over a week. My visit to collect the item was relaxed and helpful form the assistant. I felt under no pressure to buy and was pleased to have been offered the chance to sell back an older lens. I have recommended the shop to a colleague with similar interests. Thanks.”

“The 5 section Monopod is excellent - light, strong and sensibly priced However, I can't believe that you are the last company I know to use cardboard boxes that are stapled together. Come on Calumet, let's think recycling!!!!”

“Visited the Manchester shop and arrived just as they were closing on a Saturday. The team were most helpful and accommodating as we had driven up from Stafford. We were served by Danny ( and another lovely girl who's name escapes me- sorry) both were superb. They listened to our budget and parameters for my daughters new camera and due to their personal style, we came away with a great camera. They stayed behind about 40 mins and weren't sure they would get a sale....most refreshing from a retail shop...big thanks. I'm am still looking for an upgrade on my camera and due to our treatment on the day I will go back to Calumet and if they are competitive ,I will use them again. Many thanks...brilliant. “The team at Calumet, Glasgow are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful that they are a pleasure to deal with. This time around I got a fantastic trade in against a Nikkor lens that I'd wanted for a long time. It's always a treat to visit the store or buy on line. Cheers, Allan”

“The chaps at Calumet have mede me happy many times over the years. When I ran out of media kit a few years ago at Christmas due to an exceptionally busy and unforeseen set of circumstances and there was no stock in the company, they tracked down a box from another client who had bought up the entire supply at the time but was extremely unlikely to use it all. They arranged a pick up for me and all was well.”

“I ordered a Nikon 19mm f/4 PC lens that is difficult to get your hands on (as in please join a waiting list) a Wednesday morning as I noticed on line that Calumet hand one in stock for purchase in the London branch. I ordered straight away and I received the lens on the Thursday afternoon. More than happy!!! See attached photo taken with said lens.”

“The man who sold me my Sony A7ii in Edinburgh has always been open to chatting, sharing stories and offering help. To keep me sane I like I wander the store in Leith and gawk at all the gear I can't afford. The guys and gals at the store in Leith are fun, enthusiastic and it is these traits that bring me back to Calumet, opposed the cheaper, but less-fruitful whims of the world wide web. And it is these returns that ultimately led me to using Calumet and trusting the business with my needs as a film-maker.”

“Calumet Belfast has been on two occasions recently excellent to deal with, a handy store to park at, both David in taking my initial call, keeping me posted on my new Nikon 35mm lens coming into store and Kelly who gave me brilliant advice on two 18-70 mm used lens that she sourced, checking both out in store which helped my decision on which to purchase , also checking out a battery charger for me, excellent service, expert advice all conducted both on phone calls and in store with an enthusiastic manner.”
