“I am careful with photos I submit for prints and with this company it pays off. The 12x18 canvas is fabulous. My only slight complaint is it arrived 3 or 4 days late. I can understand how as i ordered it over the holiday when shipping is slower.”
“I purchased personalised mat as a Christmas present for my nephew, and it was extremely disappointing. When I opened the mat to look at it, it began cracking, and you could hear cracking sounds non stop, which is completely unacceptable for a product that’s supposed to be durable and fit for regular use—especially given the price.
What made the experience worse was the horrible customer service. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, the company was dismissive and unhelpful. I felt brushed off rather than supported as a customer who received a clearly faulty product. I have contacted them way before Christmas, but their slow response made it impossible to offer any solutions in time.
A Christmas gift turning into a hassle is the last thing anyone wants. Poor quality combined with poor customer service means I won’t be purchasing from this company again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.”
