The item was defective, and instead of fixing the issue, they made excuses and offered a pathetic 15% good will gesture, after already agreeing to process a full refund, but prolonged it hoping you’ll give up. “Canvaschamp produced a very nice print for me, but it arrived late. I had contacted them through their chat and reps kept telling me it was in production. As the days and chats continued I kept asking that they check with production and not just rely on the status screen I thought they must be looking at. Only 2 days after the predicted delivery date did a rep finally do that and it was, in fact not where it shoudl have been. I must say that they then produced and shipped it same day via overnight Fedex. I could not have asked for more once they admitted to the problem.”
