“You haven’t even completed production yet and I get a delivery confirmation notice. Estimated delivery was 3/2, it’s 3/6 and I get no information or status from you except and errant delivery confirmation follow up. Come on, historically you’ve been way than this. Poor performance and communication.”

“Awful. I ordered a 14" x 11" canvas print on February 12, 2026, at 12:33 PM, and they said it would be delivered via Standard shipping (Estimated Delivery: Monday, February 23, 2026). I called the number on their website, and the person said it should be delivered within “24 to 48 hours”… Really? that was last week...Wow. Well… today is Monday, March 2nd of 2026, and it still isn’t here. I went to their website to check the status of my order, and it still says “In Production”… really??? Wow. They haven’t even sent a note to apologize or explain why it’s taking so long. Nothing. I called the number on their website, and the person said it should be delivered within “24 to 48 hours”… Really? that was last week...Wow. I had to apologize to the person this gift was meant for. I’m glad I didn’t go ahead and order a major artwork printing job with them — I would be hitting my head against the wall by now! No more. Never again, CANVA CHAMP. You should not promise business deals & delivery dates that you simply cannot meet.”

“I love the canvases I ordered- I picked the enhanced color and glad I did that. The canvases arrived ready to hang which is convenient. I wish there was more communication about shipping time when the order was placed, but it was reasonable - about 2 weeks”
