“The Canvas Discount website advertised “Guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas!” If orders for canvas prints up to 16x24 were placed by 12/19. So I decided to order a canvas print from your company as a Christmas gift. When I get the tracking on the shipment it said the print would not be delivered until Monday 12/27- not in time for Christmas. So I emailed customer service to complain about the tracking estimating delivery after Christmas only to receive a response explaining how to use tracking and not addressing my complaint at all.”

“I ordered 4 canvas prints on Monday December 20 and the estimated delivery was December 29. They arrived on December 23! Extremely pleased they arrived before Christmas! They seem to be very good quality and I look forward to seeing them on my son’s walls!”
