“I am very dissatisfied with the work that Canvas discount did for me. First of all I sent them my photo and my order form and they said they did not get my email address but yet they sent me a reply to my email address. Second of all, they said they did not receive my photo yet. The following day I got an email saying the photo was already processed and packed for the shipping. Before this item was processed, I asked to see a preview. They said as soon as they got my photo, they would send a preview. They already had my photo and they did not send a preview. when I received the canvas print, it was very poor quality. One of the people in the photo had the top of their head cut off. I have been contacting the company all day long to try to get a resolution and I cannot get a response. I would not waste my time or money on this company.”

“I ordered the same thing twice and both times it said it was delivered but it NEVER left the shipping company DHL. And it never let me know when it was “delivered” I doubt they’ll even issue a refund for them because of their terrible customer service. Don’t order from them! This was supposed to be an anniversary present a month ago.”

“I’m very disappointed in the canvas I got. For some reason, the picture is off and the heads of my loved ones are “wrapped” around the canvas. I know that had I seen it like that I would have moved the picture around some. Very disappointed to have spent almost 50.00 on something I have to throw in the trash!”

“I have placed orders with this company, and some of the large canvas prints i ordered were damaged before i received them. I sent them pictures of the damage, and they assured me they would reprint them... NOTHING FOR WEEKS. they have given me every excuse and have not replaced or reprinted the pictures. Promised me a vouched to be able to reprint.. they never sent it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“Worse canvas print ever. I cropped the pic and they included wording at the bottom that THEY ask on the site. "Remove people in background ". There were no people in the background. Just awful. You get what you pay for. Plus someone missed staple day at canvas school. Bad job.”

“I placed a $500 order one month in advance because I needed the order in exactly one month for a special event. One month should be enough time to produce and ship out an order, right? Apparently not. The initial order apparently got lost during transit so a replacement order was sent out. One month later I still have no idea where the second order is and the event I needed the order for has already passed. So I guess I've just lost $500. So be warned, do not order from Canvasdiscount if you have a time sensitive order because one month is not enough time for them to produce and ship out an order correctly.”
