“I’m still learning how to gain the best results. I use it now before any heavy work like mowing,bike riding etc. It’s also very helpful when sitting for longer periods. It’s quite a big piece of equipment that I have to hide under loose fitting clothes if I go out but definitely worth it. I haven’t had it for long and hopefully it will allow my disc to heal and then I won’t need it anymore but only time will tell.”

“Very Good, but the user guide translation from Chinese to English is very poor, eg cleaning directions. The sequence of steps is reversed and out of order. Nearly All Chinese user guides use a very poor word for word translation without logical sequence. Number two problem is the hole added in the misting device between the hose and mask. This increases the mist too much and it goes into the eyes and face. Blocking it nearly completely allows it to work better. Delivery was okay even though it had been stepped on and the box was holed but device was not damaged. The price is excellent and great pump. Thanks, maybe you could add some ozone devices O3.”

“If i could put zero star i would, product was total rubbish do yourselves a favour and look else where , Within 30 days of customer receiving products: Caremax covers return shipping. This was on there web site but they refused to pay for postage plus they didnt refund me the full amount for the producy.i tried to ring them multiple time could not get through and they woulnt return my emails only after days had gone by VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE never to deal with this crowd again.”
