“Nice device, it came in a timely manner, BUT I found the instructions very difficult to follow. Still not sure if we are doing the right thing. There were no instructions on how to use for vagus nerve stimulation, though we ordered the device with the wee ear clips... which fall off very easily and have no clue which program to use with it, or how to manually program to fit the parameters we found on line.”

“Products 5 Stars, Service 1 Star. The products are very good, but... I placed an order from Europe (Shipping & Handling 39 AUD). In the delivered package one product was missing, which I need. Instead of delivering the missing product, Caremax has planned a refund, which obliges me to place another order and pay againg the Shipping & Handling costs, which are more expensive than the prduct itself. And what if I place a new order and receive again a wrong delivery? With the quality of the products ist the service reliability very important as well.”

“If I could give a zero I would. Even though I have normal size neck and got several friends/family to try it they could not get it close to being closed and fit correctly. I’m still expected to pay for return shipping when clearly there is something wrong with the device.”

“I purchased this device a few months ago because I needed something that would get right down into the tension of my muscles which tenses up ever so often just because of daily life and 'neglect' on muscle care and sometimes painful movement. I use it every other day and am very pleased with results to date. The tension in those muscles are easing and I am feeling a lot more agile in my movements. I also like that it can be charged up using a usb connection. I'm writing this review now because I purchased another device, battery operated from another merchant, before I saw this one and used it recently just to see how it will work and was very disappointed as it actually 'bit' into my flesh leaving lesions. The mechanics of the Caremax Tens machine is certainly optimal. This device is my go-to relief when feeling aches in my body. The only issue I have is that I struggle to set the timing even though I follow instructions, hence 4 stars. Otherwise I would've given it five stars.”
