“I made an order over a month ago for almost €160. I never got an email when the package was delivered. Apparently no one received it and they sent it to a pick up point; I found out about all this weeks later when the package was already on its way back to the sender. Carethy must contact post.nl to start an investigation as it seems like the package is stuck somewhere and there is literally nothing I can do -nor post.nl- if Carethy don't contact them. I have sent lots of emails and filled in the contact form lots of times asking them to either send us the package again or reimburse us -no reply yet. It's really annoying and after reading all these reviews, it really makes me think that Carethy is a scam. So no, don't buy from them!”

“This is a scam website.We were due to receive products a month ago.They have a system to block emails where product has been paid for. We paid by credit card so are claiming a refund from them.Do not touch them”

“Do not buy from this website. When I bought this product it was periodic buy. After numerous calls and emails asking them to stop taking this no answer. They do not respond to emails for weeks. Do not buy from them. You will be dissatisfied .”

“They are fraudsters and they will never respond to your queries. I ordered for 4 bottles of Bach Flower remedies and they did not arrive even after a month, though it is showing in their website that it has been transported. Realised having been cheated only after placing my order.”

“BEWARE. Ordered April. Shipped May. Arrived damaged. No response until July. No apology or resolution. Stay Away. Not worth the lower price on a product. Had the nerve to charge me a premium for shipping. Worst online shopping experience. Sent the photos below proving damage. Still not resolved.”

“This company are a shower of gangsters. You order goods on their website and pay up front. Then they conveniently come back and tell you what you ordered is out of stock. I am waiting on a refund now for months and they just keep asking the same question whether you want a refund or 10% added to your account. Do not buy from these fraudsters. Will be reporting to Spanish police as case of fraud.”

“I made an order last year in September, tracking number (PHA-ZA-1909190126058d5) and cancelled it as soon as I found out that they’re scammers! I sent a email and received a reply several days later. I couldn’t speak to any of their “agents” on the phone because they didn’t have an existing phone number on their site. On the 21st of October, they sent an email saying that my refund would reflect in a maximum of 14 days. It’s been over 8 months and I haven’t received anything. To those reading this, please do not waste your hard earned money on these scammers. It’s not worth it!”
