“Never order from Carethy! That's what I want to say too. Expired food , very slow respond customer service, very slow shipping - over 1 month , is there any reason buy from carethy?”

“Constantly ignored my emails questioning where my order was and when they finally replied they said they sent it out at 8:30pm and Hermes delivered it at midnight.. as if, also their site claims to use DHL. Once again they are ignoring my emails asking for a refund or delivery. Site is clearly a SCAM and they’ve just copied a shopify store.”

“This is a scam company!! Do not buy from them. I tried to buy items during Covid and didn't receive anything. I tried to email them, but they kept giving me excuses. So after almost three months I am out $50 plus. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!”

“Order lots product took over 4 weeks ... deliver cost was savage. When the parcel arrives everything was damaged, i tried every social media, costume service, phone NO ONE has response from support, absolutely not recommend this Company to nobody!!! AVOID!!!”

“STAY AWAY THIS SCAM COMPANY, THEY HAVE ZERO CARE ABOUT YOUR ORDER. I placed my order on 3/02/20, never showed - I was told I would be getting a refund on 3/27/20. I sent an email again on 4/25/20, then they replied to me that their payment platform suffered a technical incident and their IT department was working on it. Checked again then no one answer anymore. No products have sent, no refund, no order, no reply, no integrity, no care. They just want to steal your money with their made reason.”

“Absolutely disgusting service I did not get my product. The money was deducted from my account but I have still not yet received my items. I’m extremely anxious and sick over this as I ordered medication for my sick babies. I live alone and could not get to a pharmacy Please respond to my queries”
