“Never order from Carethy! Living in France, I ordered hand gel sanitizer from a well-known brand (24 euros.), what I received was a liquid hand gel from Carethy which costs only 10 euros! I asked for returning or reimbursement, what CS said is only ....."The product you received contained the same element and formula", without showing responsibility. Later, I tried to contact MANY TIMES in order to get reimbursement. Once we all agreed, it took me MORE THAN 2 MONTHS right now, and I haven't got my money back. It seems not so much money, but imagine if they do this with a hundred customers. F them all! If you have a choice with no star, I would choose this option.”

“Your reviews speak for themselves - does anybody at Carethy read them? I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I received an email confirming my order and giving me a delivery date, but when the goods didn't arrive and I sent an enquiry email I was told my order had been cancelled because of a payment problem (which I have never had anywhere else?!). No email or any communication telling me my order had been cancelled and therefore giving me an opportunity to order from somewhere else. Too many people saying the same thing - fix it if you want to survive!!”

“I would give them 0 stars but that is not an option. After paying extra for DHL and getting my item with the cheaper post 1 month after the promised delivery date, today i got charged again for the same order and got resent the item. Apparently they just resend you monthly the same items without you even needing to confirm. What a joke. Please do not order from here.”

“****DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! They stole over $100 I purchased items on the 17th of March 2020 order # PHA-NZ-20031704040130f. After several weeks I could see that the order was not being processed (although they took my $ straight away). I thought fair enough - pandemic and all, and chose to cancel the order. On the 9th of April the cancellation was confirmed and I designated where my money ($106.81)was to be returned to. I have sent them numerous emails following this up and have received generic scripted responses back. The last few emails I have requested to speak to a manager (yes, very Karen of me!) and now I receive no response at all! I wish that I had read the reviews before trusting them. I did a pandemic panic order and now I deeply regret it!”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS! They are nothing more than liars and thieves. I placed an order in March 2020. After my order never came, I asked for a refund. I was told it would be in my account within 14 days. It has been over a month since then, and I still haven't received a refund. Like so many others who have been scammed, I would give this company a -0 if I could. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER WITH CARETHY. I wish I had, but I will NEVER order from them again! SORRY excuse for a business! These people should go to jail for deceiving and stealing.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. I placed my order on 3/17/20, never showed - I was told I would be getting a refund on 4/20/20. Then they said their system went down and they were working on it. Checked again - said I would get a refund but they are working in order of refunds. TWO months later and I still DO NOT have a refund. How many refunds are they working on? Just a ruse to never get me my refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they are just taking money!”

“Ordered a product on April 11th. Was given a delivery date of 2 weeks from then, but there was no update on the order after that. Contacted Carethy to cancel my order, which they did, but then had to chase them for 6 weeks for my refund. In the end I had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get my refund sorted. I'd recommend anyone having refund issues to contact their credit card company to issue a chargeback or if you used Paypal to raise a dispute.”

“Unfortunately, we fell for this scam ! We made a purchase...and never ever heard from them again. They are impossible to contact...they don't answer their phone, and do not respond to their emails. AVOID AT ALL COST !”

“Extremely poor service. In fact, they provide no service at all because it is a scam website I think. I placed the order 1 month ago, and transaction had been went through obviously. But I still have not received the items from them. Estimated delivery date has already been past for more than 2 weeks. Tried to contact them by email and phone, no reply no answer at all.”

“Tracked shipment, which said "attempted delivery" even though I've been working from home & no such attempt took place. I reached out via email to customer service for refund and of course no one has replied. What a terrible way to run a company!”

“If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered PURELL Advanced Gel Hand Sanitizer. After they charged me for it, they sent me an email saying they didn't have it and would be sending me a different one. I canceled the order and its been 3 months of emails back and forth without a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMERS.”

“I ordered purell sanitizer 2liters. I ordered 2nd week of March of 2020 and I received not purell sanitizer 2 liters but 8 bottles of carethy sanitizer that looks like water on 3rd week of April of 2020. I told them that I'm going to return it because this not what I ordered and I want my money back. They didn't respond at all. I am extremely angry!!! I am not a very important person but I want everyone to know that please please do not deal with this company. They are bogus!!! Please I do not want you to be their victim. Please read the reviews first before dealing with companies like this. They didn't even bother to tell how to return this bull**** items and give me a refund!!!! Review should be -89”

“Made an order 12/04/20 and was supposed to receive my items by 22/04/20 nothing arrived so asked for a refund, I was told by Zendesk which is a support company they use in the uk to answer to all contact and complaints I was told I will receive my refund after 14 days if I had left it that many days I would have lost the right to get my money back though Paypal as you only get a certain amount of days to open a case against them so be very careful with is company Carethy which I believe is some kind of scam. Only heard from Paypal today and my money may take another 5 days to go back into my account. what a nightmare. Beware of this company.”
