“Order reference: PHA-GB-200309182306a2c Hi, I ordered on 9th March Purell Gel Hand Sanitizer 500 ml, and on 16th March I got an email they sending me HYDROALCOHOLIC HAND SANITIZING GEL. Just now at 12:00 noon I got a delivery after 25 days waiting and they send me ANTISEPTIC liquid. I want to get my refund, this is highly unprofessional. I am absolutely gutted with your service and miss leading with information. Yet, you can changed my order without my consent and I am trying to get someone to call me but no way to contact. I want to refund and get my Refund. Ideally, you should send me the sanitizing gel I opt for. I have added all the pictures, this is anceptic, which I didnt request or order and your team send wrong products I wanted Sanitiser and I am not wrong with this, You team delayed my order. Ordered on 9th March Due was 20-27th March - Nothing came 28th March- you send email for Partial replacement with your own sanitizing hand gel 4th April you sent me something else not even the item I ordered nor what you send me on email as partial replacement. Kindly, look into it and I want my refund. I have lots of antiseptic I didn't need this what you send me and charged me 31pounds when my inital order was 27pound. hope to hear soon from you and get my refund.”

“SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! This company is a scam!!! Please do not order anything from them!!! I placed an order for hand sanitizers on March 11, 2020. I still haven't received my order. I have sent them numerous email to refund me my money but no reply was given to any of my emails. Please avoid this company at all costs!!!”

“Placed an order in March and still haven't received it. No reply to my emails and find it dodgy that they don't have a phone number. should have checked reviews first! How are they still operating if they are doing this to multiple people. Obviously a scam site.”

“Order a bottle of foundation and less than a month email notice that automatic order was coming. Anyway email them for stop shipment and will dispute credit charge if necessary DO NOT buy anything from them”

“Ordered hand gel sanitizer, which is obviously a hot commodity at this point. They contacted me to tell me that what I ordered can't be fulfilled but they have an alternative they can send that is exactly the same. So far so good I thought as they were trying to make good. When the product arrived though it was basically liquid alcohol, which is nowhere near the same as gel hand sanitizer. So reached out for a return and refund over a week ago and only one response has been had, which basically said that there is alcohol in it so that should be good enough and they won't do anything about it. Total scam artists like all the other reviews are saying!”

“I ordered 2 bottles of hand sanitizer since March 12 and never received them. Email them twice and nobody got back to me. I should have read the review first. The biggest scammer ever!!!!”

“I ordered Hand Sanitizer . The picture was a large bottle of Purell. I paid them $25.oo. They finally got in touch with me saying they would give me their hand sanitizer. I told them that I didn't want it and I asked for a refund. I have been waiting for my refund for over a month. Someone in customer service even got in touch with me. I threatned to give a negative review on line and that's what I am doing. Don't do business with this company!”

“DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!! The same as everyone else's review; ordered 18 March, still not arrived and it's 7th April! Complained and asked for refund; auto reply says they'd get back in 24 hours 3 days ago! STILL NO REFUND Product costs £5.89 and admin etc. brought it up to £13.92!!!!! RIP OFF!”

“DON'T order from this company, they took my money a month ago and nothing has arrived and they will not communicate with me. Please report to Action Fraud as I have and lets get these people who rip us off in time of need. I ordered medication for my husband coming out of hospital, it's despicable.”
