Misprinted quote, delayed installation three times then attempted to fit carpet which bore no relation to that ordered. Correct carpet arrived only for fitter to find huge and very obvious flaw running through it. Dimwit girl at store claimed this was "normal"and "to be expected" Cancelled order, charged back through credit card and lodged claim through online Small Claims Court for three days pay I lost through having to take time off. Utter clowns, would not be surprised to see them go bust. Sooner the better: they are a curse on humanity. Avoid

the carpet fitters fitted a carpet they new was 30 mm too short after they phoned the store .The store insisted they fit it as they would replace free of charge the fitters. were based in bournemouth and it was carpet right at bournemouth.We gave them measurements that were very tight at 2.2 meters but the carpet they supplied was 2.07 wide so short . The fella at the store basickly fobbed me off so now going down the legal route

So bad, sell you carpet is not in stock and when it was ready they didn't have the doorbars for it. don't deal with them and save your money and time

I would strongly advise everyone NOT to buy from Carpetright. We have had a terrible time with them over the last couple of months.....ordered from Guildford store and were advised that the store was moving, not closing. Arranged a fitting date and no-one turned up. Rang store and was re-directed to Woking store (Guildford store had now closed, not moved as advised) and told that carpet was in transit but someone would call when it arrived. No-one called. Woking then stopped answering their phone and failed to respond to messages left on answerphone. I therefore had to drive 3 times to the Woking store (40 min drive) to find out what was going on. The staff just complained that there were too many carpet orders and not enough fitters and how hard it was for THEM! Arranged another fitting date with Woking fitters who phoned on day to say they were coming between 5-6pm then didn’t turn up. They then turned up the following morning and had the audacity to complain that it was a long way to come!!! The whole process was extremely frustrating, time consuming and very wearing but we did eventually get our carpet so are grateful for that.

This is by far and above the most horrifically atrocious company I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. Their customer service and communication are utterly abysmal. I am completely dumbfounded as to how they are still in operation. NEVER order a carpet from this company unless you want to waste hundreds of pounds on goods that you will never receive. I am annoyed that I have to give them one star.

If I could give no stars I would! Dave at carpet right in Bristol is awful! He messed up both myself and my mother in laws orders then phoned my mother in law 3 days prior to fitting to cancel as they were out of stock after she had removed all old carpets and taken unpaid time off work (this had been paid for cash 2 months prior) when she called to complain he thought it was amusing! Terrible service he is totally incompetent in the most basic of tasks.....shame

Ordered carpet 7th October. Carpet Right Cancelled the order 4 days before fitting due to our carpet not being in stock. We 're ordered another carpet. To be fitted 28th November. 2 hours before fitting we got a call to say the carpet is damaged. Now have to wait for them to re-order the carpet. So hopefully we might get it by 2019. Would never use carpet right again. Absolutely useless.

YOU SHOULD BE CALLED CARPET WRONG I ORDERED CANYON OAK BROWN FLOORING NOT ONLY WAS IT 2 WEEKS LATE BUT WE GOT CANYON OAK GREY INSTEAD AND HAD TO PUT A JOINER OFF 3 TIMES ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES FROM START TO FINISH AND THE STORE MANAGER IN UDDINGSTON AGREED NO COMP WHATS SO EVER JUST EMPTY PROMISES ITS LITTLE WONDER YOUR STORES ARE CLOSING CARPETWRONG !!!!!!!

Do not use the Rochdale store! Terrible service. The flooring delivered is damaged which means we can't fit it, they also failed to deliver the products I paid for which would allow to fit it. Tried and still trying to get them to collect the flooring so I can get my money back but they don't call you back and simply don't care. I've spoke to three people including the store manager and it is still yet to be resolved.

Carpetright Macclesfield GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, the day my wife went into labour I had to fight with the liar called Jess on the phone. She agreed in store and twice on the phone that we had paid to get both our kitchen and bathroom laminated with the same piece of flooring. When the gent turned up to fit the laminate he had no knowledge of the bathroom fitting. When i questioned this with Jess she said we never agreed this and I was going to sort this myself, she then tried to strong arm me into paying a cancellation fee or take what had been falsely agreed. I urge anyone to avoid this place and her. For the stress she caused to me and my wife on what was meant to be a stress free, magical day I only wish I could give 0 stars!

You are the most Worse company I have ever dealt with After three weeks still you can’t get order right And everyone is passing the buck I would never use you again Customer er services are no help You had are money now for 5 weeks The wrong colour The wrong size How can a big company get so much wrong

WE WILL NEVER EVER USE CARPETRIGHT AGAIN!!!!! THE SO-CALLED 'CUSTOMER AFTER SALES SERVICE' IS NON-EXISTANT!!! ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR ORDER & MONEY, THEY REALLY COULDN'T GIVE A MONKEY'S OR CARE LESS!!! WE HAD MONEY RANDOMLY DISAPPEAR FROM OUR HOUSE IN THE SAME SPACE OF TIME THAT WE HAD YOUR UNKNOWN FITTERS HERE TOO!!! ONE OF YOUR 'OUTSOURCED SELF EMPLOYED SUB-CONTRACTOR FITTERS' REQUESTED PAYMENT UP FRONT ON THE VERY FIRST DAY/MID MORNING OF JUST TURNING UP TO OUR PROPERTY BEFORE HE HAD EVEN GOT HIS FITTING TOOLS OUT AND EVEN LOOKED AT THE JOB!!!!! THIS WAS NOT WHAT WAS TOLD TO US AS THE ARRANGMENT IN YOUR NOW CLOSED SCUNTHORPE STORE!!!! WE RECIEVED NO PAYMENT INVOICE EITHER FROM HIM & IT HAD TO BE PAID IN CASH ONLY!!!??? HMRC MAY WISH TO INVESTIGATE THIS FURTHER!!!! I HAVE TRIED TO RAISE A SERIOUS CONCERN VIA YOUR 'CUSTOMER SERVICES' AT H/Q, BUT THEY DO NOT CARE LESS, EVEN TRIED TO SPEAK TO 'WENDY' A SO-CALLED 'STORE MANAGER' AT YOUR GRIMSBY STORE, SHE WAS UTTERLY RUDE, DISMISSIVE, EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE, RASING HER VOICE OVER THE PHONE WITH ME WHEN TRYING TO DISCUSS THE SITUATON, SO MUCH SO, HAD TO TELL HER REPEATIDLY TO 'CALM DOWN'!!! Went to store in Swindon. Bought Sleepezzeeee bed for £1100, told it would need time to settle after delivery. The bed arrived and is so hard even after three weeks I cant even sleep on it without waking in excruciating pain. Are they interested NO. Are Sleepezee Interested NO. Neither of them give a damn. The staff rattle of their much practised 'shut the purchaser down' speech. They don't care about the customer, the product or even the company they work for. Absolutely shocking company where the customer is never right. Avoid them like the plague, they don't deserve your money. Spend it with a company that respects it's customers and values the customer relationship. They should trade under the name ripoffisus! But that is just my personal opinion...... And one star if far too generous.

They advised which caret to buy, with extra soft underlay. It felt lovely...for the first week! No soft, no bounce, feels old and worn. During installation they were 5 hours late! Then made me go shopping to buy griphooks as they had none! Then ruined paint and caved in the plaster! I called and explained, was promised an email with case ref. It never came. I called again, was told i would get a response! Ive now chased 4 times and am being ignored! Stay away from this company!!

Further to my previous comment i was offered a new fitting date for the 6th November 2018 late am. Waited until early afternoon still no sign of the fitter and phoned the shop and fobbed off. Telephone call was disconnected thereafter they failed to answer the telephone. My wife tried contacting them using a different phone and they eventually provided the telephone number of the Chippenham store where evidently all carpets are held in stock. To cut a long story short we have been given a further fitting date the 13th November although i am not holding my breath. The Company is morally bankrupt and the manager of the Bath Branch is not fit for purpose. I notice Deloitte are dealing with Carpetright's Company Voluntary Arrangement maybe I should contact them as well as Wilf Walsh the CEO. Prospective customers be warned. I suspect Carpetright do not monitor this site.
