“Both my husband and I were extremely pleased with your cabled Aran jumper. The quality and weight were both brilliant. He tried it on…all smiles…and has worn it every day since !!! We were so pleased that we ordered the Black Watch Aran jumper immediately. He can wear that specially on Christmas Day. Thank you for your smooth, prompt delivery.”

“I was very disappointed with my experience in on-line shopping at Carrolls. I had ordered 2 Irish knit cardigans, Small and Medium, but two Small were delivered - and one of them still had the security tag attached. I spoke to someone at your sales office who was sympathetic and assured me a replacement would be sent out that evening as I was travelling to USA, two days later. However, this was followed with emails insisting Carrolls first received the cardigan I wished to return. There simply wasn’t enough time to do this and my daughter drove into Dublin from Malahide to make the exchange in person. She only succeeded in this at the second Carrolls store. It was, in short, a disaster - and all down to someone’s carelessness. The items are delightful and were much appreciated but I would be very reluctant to shop on line again with Carrolls or to recommend doing so. John McGrath”

“Brought a hamper for the in-laws who are Irish and it came in a beautiful Celtic-designed box and was exceptionally well decorated. All contents came damage-free. The website to order was slightly confusing but otherwise an exceptional product.”

“Stephen from your help centre was so helpful when I contact him in a panic! There was an issue with my card being accepted so the order hadn't gone through properly, but I was in a hurry to get the order. It was a personalised pocket watch for my husband to be on our wedding day. Totally last minute, small baby in the house had knocked my plans off course! Stephen helped me re-ordering and ensured the order was in the post and delivered in time for the wedding. Thank you!”
